It was a cute little cottage. I will say the photos are a little different from what it actually looks like. Definitely smaller than what I thought it was going to be, and the greenery wasnt kept up with— There were moths and mosquitoes in the house and the door was completely open when we arrived. REGARDLESS this was a great place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Allison and Dwayne were great at communicating and I would definitely stay with them again.

Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

This was absolutely perfect for two people. Very convenient to the beaches. The hosts were great and were available to introduce us to the home. If I find myself in Jacksonville beach again I would definitely book with them again.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

I would like to say first and foremost this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED we’ve slept in an air bnb and the place would be a top choice just for that alone. We had access to the hot tub that was much needed after sight seeing. We enjoyed the outdoor showering area as well. We had everything we needed for the few days we were there visiting. We will be back !

Beautiful little place…really easy to walk to downtown which is HUGE since traffic in the area is crazy!!! I would highly recommend Huyen and her cottage!!!

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

A great little quite place to stay while visiting family in the area for Easter weekend

Felt right at home, enjoyed our stay and the place was cozy. Appreciated the calming music playing for us when we walked in! Decor was unique and perfectly minimal. Also nice granite counter tops! Will be back if ever in the area again 👌

Quaint place to rest our heads after long days of exploring St Augustine. It was nice to explore a different side of St Augustine when driving to their place. Quiet and peaceful! Everything we needed. Perfect for a couples getaway!

Our host was proactive, helpful from the start. Bathrooms were white and easy to see how clean they were. The Nest thermostat keeps the spaces a good temperature. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. My favorite feature was our bed. The mattresses must be new. With the clean linens, everyone slept well in this quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful park with a paved walking path out the back gate to enjoy too.

The hosts were extremely responsive. Check in and out was extremely easy. The home is beautiful and accurately described. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and cozy house that is beautifully decorated. The home is equipped with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine. The location is convenient with so much to see and do and attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the St Augustine area.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay here. Bathroom was really clean, the host was very clear and communicative about any issues that we had, and overall just a really good experience. Would come here again. 10/10 thank you :)

Very nice friendly host with flexible checkins and the place was pretty clean. Needed a place to get a Power Nap before hitting the road and this was perfect. Would recommend

My second time staying at this location, was nice and quiet and relaxing again. It's a cute little setup that works well, and as a nice way to get away from the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cane Cottage — it was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. Cozy, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. It felt like every detail had been thought of — from the well-stocked kitchen to all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the beach, which most days felt like our own private spot. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was such a treat, and we spent our days either posted up with a book, wandering down the beach, searching for shells, or heading into town to explore St. Augustine. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient — easy to unplug and relax, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Our family felt so at home here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

Lori was a great host. Quick to reply to my questions. I ask if she could get a bottle of champagne upon our arrival for our anniversary. She was happy to do so without and extra charge. We also asked for an 11am check out, Lori agreed with out hesitation. The Tupelo Studio was perfect for our 4 day staycation. Very quiet area, we felt right at home. The minute we opened the door we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were great too. Plenty of bath/beach towels and a verity of hair styling products, soaps, body washes, creams/lotions. The shower pressure was great. The Tupelo Studio was not far from downtown (historical district), beaches, the St. Augustine Light House and other sights to see. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this stay. I’ve stayed in quite a few rentals and none of them had all that I needed like this one did. It’s very cozy and private with a beautiful driveway to get there, yet only 7 minutes away from the beach. There were plenty activities and restaurants within 15 minutes as well! We found this place last minute and are so glad we did. Next time we pass through, we will for sure be looking to stay here:) 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful area, very clean, cutely decorated, I would stay here again

A great little cottage with a comfortable bed and so quiet. Ample parking space and seemed like a safe area. A host met us there and showed us where everything was as well as some tips for the area. WiFi worked fine. Fairly easy walk to downtown for most people, we're mid to late sixties and had no problems. Without a doubt I would 100% stay there again.
