This was our 2nd stay at the Coconut Cottage and we loved every second of it. First stay was for our honeymoon and this time we got to bring our 1 year old son with us. The walk to the beach feels like nothing, close enough to walk back several times during your beach day (& bring your kiddo back for nap time easily). From a parents point of view the layout of the house worked great, pack n play available/used the high chair, easy enough to make sure he didn’t get into anything he wasn’t supposed to. Host was awesome with communication and even offered an early check in. We’ve loved both stays and we’ll definitely book again!

We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

The esthetic of this stay was on point. The view was stunning. The site was peaceful and secluded. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at The Poolside Cottage. There were plenty of amenities for the entire family to indulge in. Andrew and Melody made their home feel like “home away from home”. I definitely recommend 10/10.

The place was super cute and close to the beach, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Cindi was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out directions, making everything very simple. The home was great and quiet. Cindi's place has more condiments and kitchen tools and utensils than any other place I've been to. It was truly a delight all around!

I stayed for the month of March and wish I could have stayed much longer. This place met my needs perfectly. Although this is an older cottage (one of the original beach cottages that still line much of the West side of South Fletcher Ave. between Sadler and Simmons), it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many of the high end rentals I’ve stayed at and I loved that there was a small fenced in yard so my pup could be outside without a leash. Best of all was the beach access!

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

My husband, our 2 dogs & myself had a wonderful stay in Neptune Beach. The location was a block to the beach in a very dog & people friendly neighborhood. The home was extremely clean & modern. Everything was easy; check in, WiFi, TV, even the light switches were labeled. The host, Christopher was very responsive to our questions & accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Small, but packed with everything you need and organized well. She was very responsive to needs (out of tp and delivered immediately) and helped us find extra sheets for the cot. it is not a new fancy place, but nice, clean, and worth the price for being so close to the beach. I'd recommend to friends.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

We loved our stay in Joey’s cottage! The beach park was directly across the street from the house. She gave us bike rental recommendations and some restaurants to try. Really, the beach gear was such a plus. I’ve stayed in a LOT of beach rentals and usually the chairs are barely hanging on by a thread, the towels are thin, and the umbrella is broken. Joey had Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, great beach towels, umbrella, beach games, a cooler, and a beach wagon. Wow! Cute historic cottage with all the amenities and a great location. The neighborhood was nice for walking the dog and the backyard was really great. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Just note that the beach road is very busy but inside the noise wasn’t bad. We would stay here again!

Our stay at the Pink Peony completely met our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay that we would enjoy and would feel was comfortable and nice, but also met our budget needs. The property was exactly what we expected: comfortable and practical, quiet, easy to access, and well priced. We weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, and this property didn’t provide that, as we were looking for something in a tighter budget, but this property provided us with exactly what we wanted and expected and our host was wonderful. Extremely accommodating and responsive. Helpful with anything we needed. I could tell that Huyen wanted to ensure our stay was perfect and that our expectations were met and exceeded. That is a wonderful feeling! I will save this listing and plan to use it again when I am in need of a great but budget friendly stay!

This place is perfectly located, the beach is just a minute walk from the beach, which was stunning, white sand beaches, crystal clear water, not a spec of seaweed or jellyfish. It was gorgeous!! Also not loaded with people making it nice and quiet.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this charming cottage, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil ambiance and private forest atmosphere was amazing. The cottage itself was a perfect blend of cozy comfort and rustic charm. With its wooden beams, inviting decor, and view of the castle felt like stepping into a storybook. Very close to shopping, with a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals or near several restaurants which ever is preferred. Walking distance to the beach and about 15 minutes to historic downtown St Augustine. The host was very friendly and responsive with any questions, and helpful with directions. I would highly recommend this cottage for your next stay!!!

House was great! family of 5 and we had plenty of room. very clean and we loved the decor. outside was just as welcoming, loved all the plants and views of the water. the dock doesnt have rails and seems kinda dangerous but it is clearly stated to be very cautious when using it and which we did and even caught some fish! really loved this home!! The hosts were very kind and informative would highly recommend staying there!

Wendy and David’s place was idyllic for our long weekend with our friends. The space is a pleasant surprise even after reading the description and looking at the pictures. They just don’t do this site justice. Check in and communication with our hosts was easy and the whole experience was enjoyable. It’s just an 15-20 minute walk to the downtown shopping district and town center. The amenities and comfort ability of the residence is one of the biggest draws and will 100% be booking this site again. Wendy and David go above and beyond for their guests even allowing us to keep our vehicle parked at their place after our checkout time so we could go peruse in downtown some more. Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this place that is close enough to downtown and far enough away to be enjoyable and practical.

The place was absolutely beautiful! Carrie was even kind enough to have a folder with instructions for checking out at the house. Bonus was the flyers in the folder for different local restaurants! Definitely recommend for a couples get away.

Such a cute little home!! The hosts were quick to respond to my messages. I loved how they had games supplied at the house! The house was very clean. Definitely recommend a stay here!!

Cute place! Close to grocery stores, coffee shops and shopping! Quiet space. We will definitely be back!
