Five Stars – Above and Beyond Service! We had an incredible stay, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received. When we arrived, we found out that the original Airbnb had unexpected construction happening nearby. Without hesitation, the superhost immediately upgraded us to a beautiful beach house—and it completely made our trip! The communication throughout was outstanding: fast, clear, and so thoughtful. The beach house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This went from a potential hiccup to one of the best getaways we’ve had. We’re so grateful and would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location couldn’t be beat. Walking out the back patio door to be right at the pool was perfect - especially with kids! The beach access was close and easy to get right onto the beach. The complex was quiet. Everything we needed was at the condo including beach chairs, pool towels, beach toys and baby items. We would definitely book this condo again when we return to Jacksonville Beach!

The house was beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The pool was awesome and a huge hit for my whole family. It was the perfect size and warmed to perfection! We loved the beach! It was a short walk and never crowded! I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend it!!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Spa like atmosphere. Perfect view of the ocean. Cozy, clean and in a location that was walkable and close to shopping and a short drive to St. Augustine. We ate breakfast and dinner one night at the recommended restaurants. All easy and convenient. Perfect weather, perfect views and perfect location for me and my family💕

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.

This is a very nice beach house located right on the water. House was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and there were no surprises. It was very nice to hear the ocean at night and one evening we saw a launch from the back deck. It was far in the distance and not very big, but we could see it nonetheless. We also saw some kind of bioluminescent flashes on top of the waves that were crashing on the beach one evening. I’ve Never seen that before, and it was fascinating to witness. Overall, very satisfied with the stay and would come back the house again someday. The house is very clean, and we love the hammocks underneath the deck. We went into Saint Augustine, a couple evenings and it’s very entertaining.

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

We LOVED the location on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine. It was a comfortable wonderful beach house and Dani was so great at communication. We felt safe and loved just the peace in this beautiful home. My girls and I had such a special time and we would love to come back. Also having a new truck it was so nice to park inside a garage and the convenience was so wonderful. The beds were comfy and the sound of the ocean and the AC is so strong it was never hot during sleeping. The couch was so cozy and loved having my coffee every morning on the porches. Loved it.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

Five stars. Gated beach country club insulated from everything, for a price that is normal for a ho-hum hotel room in a mediocre area. Fast professional service from Bridget. Stop reading. Book it now.

We celebrated my 60th birthday and had a great time. The house has a wonderful view and lots of beach chairs. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Nathanael is a great host.

The location is beautiful. The place had almost everything we needed, except there weren’t enough cleaning/laundry supplies for the duration of our stay.
