A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Only 35 minutes to downtown Auburn. Great place to stay for Auburn University events: graduation, football, basketball, etc. Bring the whole family to this relaxing lake house with lots of room for fun. This newly built lake house, on a cove, offers open concept living with a well stocked kitchen, huge deck overlooking the lake, a large dock, TVs in every bedroom, a large TV in the family area, a large dining table and extra seating at the kitchen bar. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for lake fun.

North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

Natures Cove Cabin A-kayaks/fire pit/pet friendly

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

This little cabin was a labor of love for our family. It’s a mix of new remodel and old cabin authenticity. It’s a coat of many colors and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. We have plans to continue the vision and make more space, but for now, we’re ready to share our accomplishment with you.
