Jamie’s place was great! It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed taking our dog on a long walk around the area.

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

Een prachtige locatie met schitterend uitzicht. Het huisje is helemaal nieuw/gerenoveerd en is mooi ingericht. Het zwembad was perfect voor onze Kids 7 en 9 jaar. Je kunt er boven op de berg heerlijk tot rust komen. Als je tot rust wil komen in een mooie omgeving kan ik dit huisje aanraden.

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding weekend. Beautiful. What an absolute gem! This house is phenomenal. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It is extremely spacious, private, peaceful, and has tons of storage throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry makes you want to cry happy tears. The large backyard, pool, play set, and grilling area were golden. I could go on all day about how intentional this entire place is: the furniture, the covers, the bathroom amenities, the lighting, the floorplan. Cary is also fantastic. Her response times are quicker than I’ve experienced. When I couldn’t figure out how to work something, she asked if I wanted her to stop by and check on it. Within 5 minutes, she had checked on the issue and left without anyone even realizing. Her priority was staying out of the way and making sure my family enjoyed every bit of the stay. Nice property, beautiful mountain views and sunsets. Property easy to get to once you acclimate to the uphill drive. Could be scary for anyone not used to driving in the mountains but signs on property were very clear. Beautiful and relaxing deck which was nice in the evenings. There is also a fire pit and wood available, we didn’t use. Note that the room with the rock wall has no sound proofing due to the slide that empties above the living room. Anyone sleeping in that room will hear all of the noise from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals (pans, etc). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. Temp was at 75 no matter what we did. We didn’t bother calling management. Property manager communication was proactive and helpful. Walmart close. We also enjoyed South Pittsburgh TN and the Lodge cast iron museum, cute small town less than 20 minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would visit again.

We stayed her for a second time and loved it even more this time! The views are stunning and Fred has definitely done some amazing upgrades! The pool is awesome with plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy! The hiking trail is beautiful just steep going back up! But so worth it! We plan to keep Paradise Pointe as our go to when visiting family in GA! Thank you for a peaceful and fun trip!
