Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! La maison est située au coeur des villages perchés et offre une vue superbe sur Groznjan. La terrasse et l'espace intérieur de la maison sont spacieux et décorés avec goût. Dragana est une hôte attentive et réactive aux questions.

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Ruhig und abgelegen und dennoch ist in kurzen Strecken alles erreichbar, was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Aktivitäten, Strand… Einziges Manko war das Internet, das bis zum Schluss mal mehr, mal weniger funktioniert hat, aber sowohl Hausbesitzer, als auch die zuständige Haushälterin vor Ort waren extremst bemüht, alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, das Problem zu beheben. Letztlich tat es auch mal gut, nicht immer online zu sein… Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool klasse, wir haben uns sofort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten… Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Danke, Erich, für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns (2 Familien), es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind wünderschön eingerichtet. Für die Zimmer im Obergschoß gibt es extra Bäder. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ingrid war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

The house is very well equipped, located in a very quiet corner but close to a shop, restaurants, ice creams place, church or a wonderful local place with fresh fishes every day. Pool area is outstanding - the owners offer draught beer, separate mini kitchen with large freezer and additional fridge and dishwasher, separate bathroom with toilet and shower so there's no need to go into the main house. At the back of the pool area there is a huge area for children to play (volleyball, football etc). The house is clean and tidy. You will find everything you need. Aircon is fully working so If you need a bit of cool down you can hide at home. We have had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything Ruzica,😊We will be back definitely!!!

Eine moderne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft ca 200m, vom Meer. Fußläufig 1-2 Restaurants und eine Strandbar. Zimmer, Pool & Terrasse sind wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ein Barbecue Grill vorhanden. Handtücher im Badezimmer, sowie für Pool vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad & WC. 1x Babybett ist vorhanden, jedoch bei unserem Aufenthalt noch keine Matratze, die sollte man mitnehmen, ausser es wurde bereits vom Vermieter gekauft. 1x Hochstuhl vorhanden. Derzeit sind rund um das Haus Baustellen, auf denen angeblich ab 15.6 nicht mehr gearbeitet werden darf. Bei unserem Aufenthalt Ende Mai hatten wir leider extremen Baustellenlärm untertags 7:30-16Uhr. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist noch nicht asphaltiert, man fährt eine Schotterstraße zum Haus. Grundsätzlich wäre es aber eine eher ruhigere Lage ohne Straßenlärm. Kommunikation & Check-in/-out ist sehr unkompliziert mit Housekeeper, der in der Nähe wohnt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe oder mehrere Familien.

Wir waren 4 Pärchen mit einem Hund und haben unsere Zeit in der Villa in vollen Zügen genossen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns Pool und Whirlpool (der steht draußen, nicht wie auf den Bildern). Im Wohnzimmer hat es ein wenig gemüffelt, wegen eines Wasserschadens den Gäste mit dem Whirlpool verursacht haben, aber da kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts für und wir haben uns ohnehin nur draußen aufgehalten. Dass jedes Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage und einem eigenen Badezimmer ausgestattet ist war für uns ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das einzige was uns persönlich fehlte war ein Toaster. Wir können es von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Interessant für Hundebesitzer: Das Grundstück ist quasi komplett eingezäunt bzw. von Hecke umrandet. Für Hunde die gerne ausbrechen würde es allerdings schon ein paar versteckte Optionen geben abzuhauen. Liebe Grüße aus der Pfalz

The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

We had a fantastic week. The villa was perfect and beautifully presented with lots of extra touches that made it a special place to stay. Marina was great, we were able to check in earlier and she provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond. The villa is really private and peaceful but situated really well for a short drive into to Porec and the main roads are easily accessible to be able to explore Istria.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei David. Er war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und ruhig. Der Pool ist absperrbar, das war für uns absolut genial mit den zwei kleinen Kindern. So konnten die beiden überall rum rennen und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen. Der kleine Spielplatz war auch ein Highlight neben dem wunderschönen Pool. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, Sandra, Alex die beiden Omas, die Zwillinge und die Hunde :D

Absolute Empfehlung. Das war bisher in all den Jahren das schönste und liebevollste Haus, was wir jeh gebucht haben. Andrea ist so eine liebe Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und bei Fragen oder Wünsche hat sie sofort reagiert und geholfen. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen und wir würden mit Wasser, Wein, Bier und Saft, sowie Eis im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Alles war tadellos sauber und wir fühlteb uns vom ersten Moment so wohl, wie noch nie. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und sehr privat und ruhig gehalten. Uns hat es an absolut gar nichts gefehlt und ich weiß, wir werden wiederkommen. Liebe Andrea, was du da geschaffen hast ist unglaublich schön. Diese Liebe zum Detail und dieser wahnsinnig schöne Garten spiegeln nur wieder, was für ein herzlicher Mensch du bist. Ich danke dir vom Herzen für diesen wundervollen Ort.Dein Haus bekommt einen großen Platz in unserem Herzen und du als Gastgeberin auch. Wir werden den Ort sehr vermissen. We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. Kind regards and may your wishes come true. 😉

Vi holdte en uges ferie i villa Zoro med vores tre små børn. Vi havde en dejlig afslappende uge. Der er ikke meget at lave i byen. Men der er en fodboldbane og legeplads vi benyttede dagligt. Men der er 10 minutters kørsel til nærmeste større supermarked (Lidl) Vi blev taget imod af ms. Eni, som er super sød og venlig. Boligen var ren og pæn, med et køkken med alt hvad man behøver. Det eneste minus ved opholdet, var at det ligger blandt mange ruin huse der bliver renoveret og der kommer en lugt fra hønsehuset ved siden af. Men vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie! Check-ud var også super fleksibelt, hvor Sarah kom og endda havde en lille gave til os.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.
