“What A View”- Lakefront on Broadway Lake

We named our place "What A View" because those will be the words out of your mouth when you walk through the front door. The beauty of the lake is captivating and it creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation that we know you will enjoy. With four bedrooms and two large living areas, we specialize in hosting large families, but our primary bedroom and it's incredible view make it a great getaway for couples as well. We welcome you to make some special memories at our refuge on Broadway Lake.

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

The Farmhouse | A quiet, country retreat

This 1950 farmhouse is perfect for relaxing on the patio or playing corn hole in the backyard while visiting the upstate. - 5 min to Broadway Lake's McFall's Landing (boating/event venue) - 10 min to downtown Anderson (restaurants, coffee shops, shopping) - 15 min to Anderson University (tour campus or explore the Rocky River Nature Conservancy) Note: This home has one bathroom and no washer/dryer access.
