Il soggiorno in questa casa è stato estremamente piacevole. La zona è tranquilla e facile da raggiungere in auto (e soprattutto è molto facile parcheggiare, cosa non scontata a Milano). L’appartamento è inserito in un bel palazzo moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort (tra cui anche una palestra a disposizione). L’appartamento è arredato in modo funzionale e con gusto, mi sono trovato veramente bene. Entra di diritto tra le mie future opzioni per alloggiare su Milano

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant mon séjour. L’appartement est propre, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le vrai plus, c’est la présence du lave-linge et du sèche-linge, très pratiques pour les séjours un peu plus longs. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The space had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to feel just like at home from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The location was convenient and peaceful, ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area (multiple ways of transport to the city centre). I would gladly return and highly recommend this place! :)

The apartment is close to the train station, just across the street, very convenient. The room is clean and same as shown in the photos. The host has prepared everything in the room very well. Check-in is easy and the host replies to messages quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Giuseppe foi um anfitrião perfeito! Ele nos passou a segurança de poder contar com ele a qualquer momento, mas ao mesmo tempo foi super discreto e não invadiu o espaço. o apartamento é acolhedor e confortável. Voltaria com certeza!

Le logement correspondait tout à fait à la description, aux photos et à nos attentes. Le seul petit bémol a été dû à un petit couac lors de notre arrivée. C’était le week-end de Pâques et le concierge ne travaillait pas, nous n’avons donc pas pu récupéré les clés tout de suite. Cependant, je salue la réactivité de Davide qui m’a immédiatement répondu et s’est débrouillé pour que nous puissions accéder à l’appartement et récupérer les clés le plus rapidement possible. Pour ce qui est de l’appartement, il est très propre et très agréable. Pragmatique et confortable, je déplore seulement qu’il n’y ait pas eu un micro-ondes, ce qui aurait été plus pratique. La literie de la chambre est très bien mais le canapé est plus raide pour un couple d’adultes mais sa grande taille est appréciable. Le lave linge et la lessive laissée à disposition sont très appréciable. Nous sommes très content d de notre séjour et de l’accueil que nous avons eu.

O apartamento do Damiano e da Kylie é ótimo. Com todas as comodidades descritas no anúncio e impecavelmente limpo. Está dentro de um condomínio privado, o que dá muita segurança e é fácil de estacionar. Os anfitriões foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Recomendamos e, com certeza, voltaremos a nos hospedar com eles na próxima viagem a Milão!

I made a quick 2 night solo trip through Milan with one day sightseeing in Milan. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it but I slept fine on it. The shower was hot. The location is very quiet with easy access to the metro and grocery stores. It's an easy ride to the Duomo or one train change from Central station. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

The place was very amazing and Davide and his dad were very helpful and the location was the best part as it was barely 2 minute walk for the expo center and had a great restaurant just downstairs. Thank you for having us

Paolo ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und er war sehr höflich. Die Unterkunft kann man sehr empfehlen. Sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Mit einem eingezäuntem Gelände und Parkplatz hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Mailand fahren sollten, dann gerne wieder diese Unterkunft. Vielen Dank.

Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit alors que nous avions un vol d’avion le lendemain. L’accès à l’appartement s’est fait sans problème grâce à la vidéo que le propriétaire nous a fait parvenir. L’endroit était très propre et est situé à proximité de la station de métro Gorla, qui mène rapidement vers le Duomo et autres sites de la ville.

Clean, quiet apartment close to the metro and other means of public transportation. Everything is as described. The building complex itself is very interesting for those passionate about architecture. If you're lucky, you might spot a cute rabbit named Gustavo in the garden at nighttime.

The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Die Unterkunft war schön und entsprach 100% den Fotos auf dem Inserat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grenzt direkt an einen Wald, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt Tipps für die Region. Der Aufenthalt im K10House lohnt sich!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
