Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Our home, of warm country comfort, is nestled on acreage in the Tustin hills, amongst estate homes in the middle of Orange County, 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Newport Beach. Private road and parking. Enjoy birds, hawks and chirping crickets and seating on the patio. Enjoy light use of family room, kitchen and dining room. Linens are hypo-allergenic. Room has microwave, coffee maker, fridge and black out curtains. 3 min to hilly running trails and parks. We have 2 ellusive cats

Private suite with its own entrance. Queen size bed, desk, high-speed internet, small fridge, microwave, your own full bathroom, and outdoor patio seating by the pool. Guests are welcome to use the pool during the summer (not-heated) and hot tub year round. We have beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and mini cooler available. Enjoy your privacy in our beautiful Tustin Hills guesthouse. French doors lead out to a patio where you are greeted by the sound of running water from fountains. From there take a few steps down to the pool and private outdoor eating area. Enjoy colorful sunsets and late afternoon ocean breezes, while enjoying a glass of wine. The guesthouse has its own private entrance and features vaulted ceilings, stocked kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom located on a serene property with city views.

Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

*** My place is 1.5 miles to Exit 103 of Highway 15 (Eastvale/Jurupa Valley) *** It's conveniently located near restaurants, fast food and supermarkets. *** The best choice for visitors busy in the day and need a perfect sleep. *** No cooking but we offer a toaster and microwave, a mini fridge in the guest area *** We have only 2 guest rooms including you 1 - There is a round table for eating. No eating and drinks in the bedroom. 2 - Remove shoes and separate indoor/outdoor shoes/sandals.

Healthy & Cheerful home.

Bedroom is 2 steps from front door. 😊 Large home with lots of windows and a happy vibe. You will feel comfortable. Mini Fridge in room. The dog in the photo does not live here, but there is a couple of outside/ inside cats. Very quiet neighborhood. There are 2 Private heated pools to enjoy. You can check in as late as you like. Wonderful park to walk, 1 minute away. We are 1 mile from Old Town Tustin, which is a wonderful are to walk, shop, dine & the greatest French Bakery in California!
