In addition to being able to Look down the street and view the lake, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the downtown of Brooklyn which has taverns, creameries, the cutest shops, and restaurants. The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Full private apartment lakefront (NOT ENTIRE HOUSE) with many opportunities to relax! Swim in the heated pool (SEASONAL), hot tub (open all year), Sauna, fish, kayak, bonfire, walk or bike the nearby trails, relax under the gazebo by the lake, cook at the outdoor kitchen (Seasonal)/fireplace patio .We accommodate small bachelorette parties, wedding parties and have other properties nearby for additional rentals if needed. Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.
