Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Host was very friendly with very good communication throughout. On arrival the host made it very easy to get into the lodge and came in and explained all amenities on site and was very polite. Overall, throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at this place with our family and relatives. We were also very lucky to have nice, sunny and warm weather in Scotland which is rare. Hot tub was the plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!

We had a great time here. The setting is beautiful and great for exploring Loch Lomond and surrounding area. The house was clean, relaxing and well provided. The hot tub was amazing and was hot when we arrived. The whole outside area was lovely to have especially with our weather. Riley was very helpful and friendly. We’d definitely come back to this magical place.

Karen and James were very responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay. Their cottage is stunning and the grounds and surrounding areas make for beautiful views and areas to explore. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip away.

This property would be in the top 10% of AirBnb properties we have rented. Communication was great offering us peace of mind on this special trip to Rothesay. The property met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was difficult to leave this idyllic property and place.

Wow - what can we say. We visited for my friends wedding and were totally blown away by the beautiful location and property. Cristine had thought of everything to make the space extra special - such lovely little touches (including Easter eggs which was so kind and thoughtful!) We felt instantly at home and had a wonderful few days exploring the gorgeous area. Beautifully clean, with comfortable beds and soft bed linen. If you are thinking about booking - do it!! We can’t wait to return and thank Christine for such a wonderful stay. Thank you xx

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s cottage. It was peaceful, easily accessible, had everything we needed (and more!) and had beautiful views. Jane was really kind and helpful. She was flexible with check in and check out times which was really appreciated, and left a lovely selection of toys for our toddler to play with. Would not hesitate to book again - in fact, we’re already planning a trip in Summer! Thank you again, Jane.

Claire gave us the best welcome and Communication beforehand was clear and helpful. The cottage is delightful- kitchen was well equipped for us to self cater and we appreciated the quality of the bed linen. We were able to explore the surroundings and were fortunate with the weather to be able to climb Ben Lomond. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

This place was perfect. Mo and his wife were especially responsive all the time. We felt at home immediately. I didn’t want to leave. If I were able to live in Scotland, I would live in this bungalow. Close to train, shops, and a beautiful playground and park. Just what we needed for a work related trip with family in tow. This was our favorite Airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. The house had everything we needed in perfect working order. We even enjoyed evening fires in the fireplace. There were stores, restaurants, and pubs nearby and the neighborhood didn’t feel busy even though it is located in the city. We even met several neighbors, all of whom were very nice and welcoming. Caroline helped with a recommendation of where to buy whisky to bring home (Stevie’s Drams). I enjoyed the shop and Stevie’s son who was working that day. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would certainly return for more time.

We had a great stay at this property, sea views over 3 levels, ample space for us all (3 families (6 adults, 6 children). And there was literally everything we needed in the kitchen, every utensil possible, we were very impressed. The overall temperature of the property was really good, considering at times it felt like -5 degrees outside. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely property, exactly as the photos show, extremely clean with fluffy towels and fresh bedding. Excellent spot, in a private lane right next to the station and the back of the property overlooking the moored boats. Nicola is a great host, living next door, so on hand if you need her but not intrusive at all. I was visiting with my elderly Dad who struggles to walk too far and Nicola kindly gave us a lift one day, a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend.

Just came back 2 days before , the house is lovely , very clean and very peaceful, the furnishings , kitchen and the washroom were very neat and clean . All the shops and restaurants are nearby the house so It’s easy to grab anything . The view from the house is amazing specially the dining area we just loved it . Moreover the host was also responsive and helpful . Will definitely recommend the place and visit again for sure .

We had a wonderful experience at Cathy’s Jura house in Dunoon. From the very beginning, Cathy was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The house is cozy and well-equipped, with stunning views that make every morning a true delight. Dunoon is a perfect place for families—peaceful and surrounded by natural beauty. We highly recommend Jura house and hope to return soon.
