After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

Host is very responsive and communication is greatly appreciated the home was great and definitely recommend host and the home to anyone very understanding and sweet thank you for the stay❤️

I had theost relaxing stay at Julie's property. She was really professional and accommodating. She allowed an early check in which was amazing the background was my favorite part of the stay very relaxing and peaceful. She privated plenty of towels and extra blankets to make it feel home. I really enjoyed the jar on the table allowing us to write what we are thankful for. Over all 10/10 I would stay again and recommend to family and friends. Their was a set of neighbors that made it uncomfortable to sit on the front of the property but outside of that I was over all amazed. Thank you again Juile 🩷

The BR Bungalow was a perfect fit for us during our weekend in Indy. The house is in a great location. We could walk to all the shops, music venues, and restaurants in BR. Attention to detail by the hosts was evident, from the guidebook and instructions to the amenities and decor inside the home. Lastly, we are so thankful they are pet-friendly (our dog LOVED the cushy dog bed and completely private, fenced back yard). We'd definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our dogs and toddler. Super clean and great decor. Very dog friendly and our dogs loved the big yard! Also great communication with the hosts. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this quaint, cozy house while in town for a basketball tournament and had a great experience. The home has two bedrooms upstairs and an additional space with a futon in the basement, which worked out perfectly as a hangout area for the kids. The house was stocked with essentials for cooking, including seasonings, cooking sprays, pans, and dishes, which made meal prep easy. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer on-site, complete with stocked detergents. The beds were comfortable enough for our stay, and the location was ideal for the tournament we were attending. There’s also a nice outdoor space, though it was too cold during our visit to fully enjoy it. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped spot that suited our needs perfectly.

Our stay was comfortable and the accomodation was clean and close to the cbd. Access was easy and secure parking was perfect. We would happily stay again.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

This was a great place. It’s roomy, new, and well-stocked. The property management company was very responsive. Having the bedrooms on separate ends of apartment was nice.

We stayed at the Suburban Lux for a month while put home was being repaired. This home is better than staying at a 5-Star penthouse. It is stately, modern, well-equipped, spacious, and cram packed full of extras. The kitchen is amazing. Awesome large appliances - felt like a commercial kitchen! Almost any small appliance you might need. Lots of utensils, plates, and a variety of glasses, mugs etc. You dont need to bring anything. The outside deck, grill, hot tub and pool areas were my favorite place to hang out. Even when it rains, you can enjoy a bbq. Bedrooms are exactly what a large family with kids need. Televisions, desks, comfy beds. The basement is a cross between a movie theatre, rec room, gym and bar! All bathrooms were clean and modern. Communication with the host was continuous. Lawn was maintained, any issues or questions were answered. The neighborhood is quiet, prefect lawns, safe. Great for walking or biking. Perfect distance from Indy and Greenwood!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

House was comfortable and has a lot of charm. I love the hard wood flooring. the color, feel l, and sound of it just added to the feel of getting away from it all. my family and I was able to decompress and relax as well as get our individual projects completed. Michelle was very proactive. She reached out to us to make sure we were okay prior to check in, during our stay when I had a question she replied really quick, and during the check out she wanted to make sure we had no issues. When we return later this year I will definitely look forward to staying here again if it is available.

Nice Place. The pool was heated, which was awesome for the kids. The firepit below was nice as well. It was relaxing to sit out back, the adults could relax by the fire, while the kids played in the pool. The house itself was roomy, and everything worked as it should. Perfect for families. And about 10/12 minutes from baseball fields, Grand Park.

Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! This is my first time renting an Airbnb and it will not be my last. This has been an awesome experience. I had reservations at first, but you made it really easy for me. Truly appreciate you. TP

Great stay! Was absolutely perfect for our weekend at a swim meet with multiple families! Hannah and Grant were responsive and their home was pristine and beautiful to stay in!

Very cozy & clean space. Had all the basics you could possibly need. The fire pit was an exceptional amenity our daughters loved. Great location especially if you are attending the 500 festivities in May. Host was readily available for help & offering suggestions & he responds promptly. Would certainly stay again & recommend!

We had a great stay. It was cozy and comfortable. We usually don't sleep well the first night in a new place but this time we slept so good our first night. The beds were great, including the couch bed. Our kids were delighted. We enjoyed the water and oatmeal.

Exactly as described / pictured and very close to all local spots. Sara was accommodating with our needs, too!

This house was fantastic, so nice for marathon weekend! Close to restaurants and to stores in case you forgot something at home. Very convenient and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was wonderful and I hope its available for my next stay in Carmel!

Stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Convenient to the convention center and things to do in Fountain Square! L.A.’s place worked great for our group!

We had a great time staying at Margaret’s place for the Indy Monumental Marathon weekend! Great space. Close to downtown. Will stay again!
