We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

Ani’s apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of two adults and two children. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with 24-hour security staff on hand to assist. The location is right in the CBD, just a short walk to shopping centres, which was very convenient. I highly recommend Ani’s place!

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

Great stay close to the airport! Each guest was required to give a piece of ID that’s not a passport to the front desk, so just be prepared for that. The roof deck is also beautiful with 360 views – great for sunset and sunrise! You can even see the planes coming in and leaving the airport but it’s far enough that you don’t hear them.

Mark was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was a great place to stop for a 2 nights.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷
