Tutto perfetto. La casa nuova grande e pulitissima. Ottima posizione a 1 minuti dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Si dorme bene e ci si rilassa nell’ampio giardino, con un utilissimo posto auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso anche di posticipare il check out. Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Katerina wohnt zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in der oberen Wohnung, während die Airbnb Wohnung die untere Wohnung mit Garten ist. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und ihr Sohn spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns auch ein paar Mal sehr ausgeholfen. Dennoch hatten wir komplette Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit unserem 2jährigen Sohn und Mietauto da und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Schön ruhig, toller Garten mit schönen Meerblick. Man muss nur über die Straße laufen und schon ist man am Strand, der sauber und schön ist! Wir waren im September da und hatten den Strand manchmal sogar komplett für uns alleine. Die Lage ist auch gut, um eine Wanderung in der Nähe vom Olymp zu machen, oder die archäologischen Stätten in Vergina und Dion zu besuchen (alles ca. 40 min Autofahrt).

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Έκλεισα το σπίτι της κ. Ελένης για φιλικό μου ζευγάρι με 4 παιδάκια. Όχι μόνο το σπίτι ήταν άψογα εξοπλισμένο , μεγάλο και καθαρό αλλά είχε ακόμα και παιχνίδια και παραμύθια για τα παιδιά των κουμπάρων μου. Η κ. Ελένη ήταν παρούσα , φιλική , επεξηγηματική και πλήρως συνεργάσιμη . Είχε αφήσει μέχρι και σοκολατένια λαγουδάκια για τα παιδιά (λόγω Πάσχα)!!! Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο , σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ κυρία Ελένη και είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα ξαναμιλήσουμε στο μέλλον !

Το πρωτο διαμερισμα που θα κοιταξω αν ειναι ελευθερο, οταν ξαναπαω Θεσσαλονικη, θα ειναι αυτο.

Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from all the city's entertainment, making it super convenient to explore. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything in its place and no clutter, which created a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It really felt like home, and I was able to relax fully during my time there. The host was also fantastic. On the last day of my stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and the host was incredibly understanding, offering support and flexibility. They were always friendly and quick to respond to my messages. Highly recommend this place!

Καταπληκτική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα, μέχρι και παιχνίδια και βιβλία για τα μικρά παιδιά! Η Jely ήταν πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ό, τι χρειαστήκαμε! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και ανετο! Όλα υπέροχα! Στην καλυτερη τοποθεσια, όλα στα πόδια σου! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

We have enjoyed our short stay at Emmanouil's place - it is well located in the center of Thessaloniki and very functional. Communication and check in were really easy :) Thanks for hosting us!

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

Ήταν η τρίτη φορά που με φιλοξένησε ο Γιώργος στο διαμέρισμα αυτό. Εμεινα και τις τρεις φορές απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος και αν ξαναπάω Θεσσαλονίκη πάλι αυτό θα προτιμήσω αν είναι πάλι διαθέσιμο.

Бяхме 6 възрастни,но апартамента успя да ни даде необходимия комфорт и удобство .Кварталът е тих и паркирането е безплатно,имахме предоставено и 1 паркомясто,което много ни улесни.Има в близост спирка на градския транспорт и бързо и евтино стигахме до централната част .Апартамента има всичко необходимо за приятно прекарване, напълно оборудвана кухня,кафе,подправки,консумативи за миялната,съдове и чаши.Зашеметяваща гледка от прозореца и огромна тераса.Леглата бяха удобни,а хавлиите меки и добре попиващи.В баните имаше също консумативи.Препоръчвам за голяма компания .

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.
