¡Te damos la bienvenida a Belvedere Cove! ¡Recientemente hemos renovado nuestro baño! Nuestro espacio es acogedor, compacto y está convenientemente ubicado a pocos pasos de Three Cliffs Bay y Pobbles Beach. Situado en el pueblo de Pennard, nuestro espacio está funcionalmente vinculado al lateral de nuestra casa principal. Ubicado en un callejón sin salida tranquilo. Recientemente renovado, consta de 1 dormitorio doble, cocina pequeña y comedor, y un baño grande totalmente equipado con bañera y ducha separada. Estacionamiento en la entrada.

Suite frente a la costa en nuestra casa adosada

Su suite privada está a solo 15 metros del mar en nuestra casa frente al mar, con vistas ininterrumpidas a la bahía de Swansea. Pasea por el nuevo paseo marítimo o utiliza la rampa situada enfrente para nadar o practicar paddleboard. El espacio incluye una cama tamaño king, un sofá esquinero grande (también sofá cama), zona de comedor/trabajo, refrigerador de tamaño completo y un moderno baño con ducha e inodoro. Aunque no hay instalaciones para cocinar, la suite está equipada con cubiertos, platos, tazones y vasos, además de té, café y leche.

Oakdale es una impresionante casa independiente de cuatro dormitorios ubicada al final de una tranquila calle sin salida en el codiciado pueblo de Gower de Southgate. Detrás de las puertas privadas con su propia entrada, también cuenta con una relajante área al aire libre con jacuzzi. A solo 10 minutos de la península de Gower y Mumbles, y a pocos minutos del Pennard Golf Club. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado, además de banda ancha superrápida, televisores y espacios de estudio en todas partes.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.
