This is perfect place for couple, family or group. I've been to Baguio yearly, but now I found my togo place to stay. They offer lots of complementary, I am so amazed by our lovely host, best host that we had, always responds in messages and extends the effort to provide our requests. Also Ms Maggie is very accommodating when we arrived in the building, and help us check in. No hidden charges. Prior to given info, location is really good has convinience store and laundry on the ground flr, has 3 elevators so no hassle. We also ordered grab/food panda many restaurants are <30-45mins to deliver, if you wanna go out — its only walking distance to nearby restaurants. Unit is clean, fresh and breezefull, provided all of the stated inclusion from appliances to others (tissue, soap, coffee, hair dryer, fan, towels, drinking water, towel & more) very hommie and they allow smoking/vaping in the balcony. Thank you very much for having us in your very good unit, we will be back for sure. 💯

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

We had a nice stay , the area and neighborhood was peaceful. Ms. Sarah was kind so does the caretaker of the place. The unit was clean and complete of the necessities, wish we had stayed longer. will surely come back again. 🫶

We enjoyed our stay.! We love the unit, it was so homey, ramdam tlga with the fog and everything. Convenience store and some kainan are really accessible, also with the transporation. On top of it, Maam Sheena and Sir Jerome were very responsive, and accommodating. They helped us in all our queries with no hassle, from booking to checkout. What i love about them is they were proactive. They told us when we arrived that there was a concern with the TV remote, and they assisted well. Will be back! Super recommended to have this airbnb ✨🤗

The location was perfect—easy to find and just a short walk to the surfing area, tourist spots, and great local restaurants. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning and so relaxing, plus the beach itself wasn’t crowded at all, which made the whole experience peaceful and private. The room was well air-conditioned, and we especially loved the spacious living area and the big balcony where we could unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. The host was also incredibly responsive and kind, even accommodating our last-minute requests with no hassle.

The place proves to be very quiet, comfy and cozy. Its interiors have a cabin-like vibe to it. The basics are all covered - clean linens, parking space, internet and the like. No water shortage here! 😄 The host is also very accommodating.

We stayed here on our 2nd day in Baguio, and it was a great choice. We would like to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked. I highly recommend this place for small and big groups 😊 Family friendly too. Glad we found another place to stay when we’re in Baguio ♥️ Superhost 🫰🏻

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The house is perfect for a big group with its several bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has two dining tables, complete with ref, microwave and things you can use for cooking and eating. The house has its own grotto, basketball court and billiard table. It has a city view balcony and quite a huge parking. The caretaker, Ate Fe, is very helpful and friendly. You just need to be prepared to drive up the steep ramp to get to the house.

Host is very responsive. Challenge is bringing the things up but overall, our stay was great. 👍

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

The place is at least a 15-20 minute walk from the plaza, Session Road, Burnham Park. It is close to the main road so public transpos are accessible. Though it might be a bit of labor to walk most specially if you're going to bring an elderly (since the place is at the 2nd floor of the house). Nevertheless, our overall experience for our stay was great. Would recommend this to my friends!

The transaction went smoothly from inquiry til check out. It was one of our best stays in Baguio. The place was exactly like in the photos: clean, spacious and has a great view. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would book him again in our next visit :)

The place is cozy, satisfied guest here. The host is very accomdating, she uodates us every now and then.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

The location is the main advantage. This is so close to the Cathedral, SM and Session Road. You’ll save money by just walking to tourist spots and no longer need to commute. Amenities are complete, they have all the basic things you need. There is kitchen if you need it and bathroom is spacious. Balcony has a good view of the city. Suggestion: Needs minor renovation and upgrade. The big mirror may be replaced or removed, it is kinda creepy with all the black spots. Book shelves can be removed to have more hallway space and lighter vibes. Overall, this is 100% recommended stay. Thankful for their flexible check in process.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the listing. It was thoughtfully prepared and had everything I needed for both relaxation and work. The bed was comfortable, the area was peaceful, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was also smooth and easy, which made the entire experience even better. One minor suggestion would be to improve the lighting around the dining area, which also serves as the workstation. It was a bit dim for working at night, but aside from that small detail, everything else was absolutely perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again without hesitation. Very quiet and private place in the mid of CJH. Host very hospitable. Place is charming and comes with free Korean breakfast.

The host was very responsive, and the instructions were clear. Baguio has a strict smoking policy, so we appreciated being able to smoke on the balcony. Just be sure to properly dispose of your cigarette butts in the designated garbage bin to prevent any smell from getting into the room.
