Alles war wunderbar, Linda hat sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert und war immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat eine herausragende Dachterasse. 2 Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar und der eine hat eine tolle gemütliche Strandbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sowohl die Unterkunft, als auch die Gastgeber waren super. Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch, der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Supermärkte und Restaurants können mit dem Auto in <10 Minuten erreicht werden und die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge in alle Teile der Toskana. Vielen Dank für alles, wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

Lucia welcomed us into the most quaint, perfect apartment we could ask for! There are some stairs getting up to it, but the views were breathtaking! The graciousness of this host was unmatched! Water, juice, beer in the fridge! Candy, morning toasts and jelly! Lucia helped with restaurants, history of the city and the Palio race. If we could rate this higher we would. Everything was perfect. Location was close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. This has to be one of our top places we have stayed. We can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond as hosts to make guests comfortable and welcomed. We highly recommend this place which means if may be harder for us to rent again from such a raving review! Want to thank Lucia for how great she was as she’s managing it for a woman in the US. She truly goes above and beyond in what she does. We were Blessed to have found a gem like this in our Italian adventure. This was a great find! Definitely stay again.

Der Aufenthalt bei Carla war sehr schön , wir wurden beim Check in von ihrer Mutter empfangen. Sie sprach zwar nur italienisch, aber wir haben irgendwie alles verstanden. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war immer perfekt. Schnelle und präzise Antworten . Das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten fällt ziemlich klein aus , sieht auf dem Bild größer aus . Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and bring family with us too. There simply aren't any words to describe how much we loved our time at Peruzzo!
