Ubicado entre lagos en una ubicación fantástica con impresionantes vistas a las montañas. Muy tranquilo, con los lagos de Osterseen comenzando justo en la puerta de casa. El lago Starnberger también está a solo 500 metros, al igual que restaurantes y tiendas. Múnich se puede alcanzar en 30 minutos en tren directo o por la autopista, al igual que las montañas. Elegante y modernamente amueblado, el chalet ofrece espacio para hasta 6 personas. También hay un gran jardín con terraza disponible.

Atelier

Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kapellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See. Leider ist es keine gute Möglichkeit, Kinder unterzubringen. Sozusagen nur für Erwachsene.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Für Kleinkinder stellen wir gerne ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auf nette Gäste und helfen gerne weiter.

Nestled in gentle hills with Alpine views, Irschenhausen is just 25 km south of Munich. A perfect retreat for peace seekers, nature lovers, or remote workers. Lake Starnberg is only 10 minutes away.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
