The Barn, Hurstpierpoint

A self contained, studio apartment with its own private access. The barn is situated in the pretty, lively village of Hurstpierpoint. Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet spot yet next to a lovely bar and bistro (Morleys) and within a 5 minute walk of several more pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the South Downs national park, Hickstead (3 miles) and Hassocks station (2 miles) for Brighton and London. Gatwick is 20 mins away. The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. Children under 16 are welcome without an extra charge

The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Wickham Cottage

Wickham Cottage is set just 15 minutes from Brighton and 60 minutes from London in the gorgeous Sussex countryside, sharing the beautiful far reaching views of the South Downs. We create a modern, clean and cosy experience with a sense of a hotel stay. A spacious open plan layout and beautifully finished cosy interior with lots of personal touches, including breakfast items, to make your stay memorable. Wee Wych, Hurstpierpoint-1 bedroom private annexe

Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

Unique, recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment on the village outskirts, conveniently situated for exploring the Sussex coast/South Downs. Moments walk away from public footpath and bridleway network and within walking distance of local gastropubs, cafes and vintage shops. The ground floor comprises a stylish living space with a well equipped kitchen/diner, and modern shower room. The spacious bedroom is located upstairs. No smoking or pets permitted. Ample off street parking available.

In a recently built house, this peaceful and centrally-located apartment is the perfect location for walking, cycling the South Downs Way or exploring all that this area has to offer. Brighton is just a few stops away by train or bus or head north for direct trains to London, Gatwick Airport or Cambridge. Hurstpierpoint village centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, but everything is here if you prefer to cook at home and soak up the views.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Timeless recently restored 19th-Century Cottage nestled in Hurstpierpoint’s charming High Street. An ideal retreat for couples, a small family or friends seeking a getaway to the countryside with easy access to local amenities. Footpaths to the South Downs national park are directly accessible, the nearest station Hassocks allows easy and direct access to Brighton seaside and London. Private patio to catch the morning sun, with space to store bikes and parking nearby.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
