We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We truly enjoyed our visit. The Airbnb was beautiful, the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. However the star of the show was the backyard, my children love nature and gardening so we were able to appreciate Matt’s beautiful garden while enjoying the weather.

The best-decorated Airbnb I've ever stayed in!! It truly felt like a home. The beds were comfortable, the AC was great, there were plenty of (very clean!) bathrooms and good common area to hang out. The kitchen was really nice and well-stocked with dishes and glassware. One of the bedrooms is in a detached apartment that requires going out through the garage and up a pretty steep set of stairs - not an issue for our group, but wasn't the clearest in the description! Communication was amazing and they were very helpful with an early check-in. Great coffee shop around the corner to get breakfast or kill some time before a flight :) I would highly recommend for any group coming to visit Austin!

We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Austin was made truly wonderful thanks to this great home! The host communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed! We appreciated all the little thoughtful touches in the house, like the bottles of water, kitchen full equipped, coffee, tea and everything you could ever think you would need in your own house. This is the first time where I can say the house surpassed the description!! The therapeutic hot tub was amazing, clean & worked perfectly! there was a fireplace and a barbecue area that we didn't have the chance to use but it looked great! We had to book a new place last minute after an issue with another booking, and Brett was quickly responsive, the place was beautiful, and the group had a great time. We had one minor issue with the jacuzzi filter, and Brett sent someone to address it within hours of us messaging him. Great place!

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

Kathy’s house is absolutely amazing! The pool and hot tub were a hit and a must have on our trip. The area is friendly and quiet, lots of shopping and restaurants near by and easy to Uber from! House was clean and accommodated 8 adults on this trip easily. Will be staying here again next time we come back!

Sandi and Bob are incredible people and have a wonderful escape in Leander. Their space has so many activities and amenities to enjoy during your stay. You could spend hours just looking through the interior of the Bunkhouse with all the art and cool collectibles they have lying around. We got to see their two buffaloes & longhorn, and Sandi even let us hand-feed them! The Bunk House was spotless and has a vast amount of sleeping space. More than enough towels for taking a dip in the hot tub/pool. We will certainly be keeping Sandi & Bob in mind the next time we come down to Texas!

Annette was always super responsive with any questions. I rented the houses for a joint bachelor / bachelorette party for 13 people. There was plenty of space, although only 3 bathrooms which made getting ready and showering semi-difficult. The kitchen was partly stocked with things like coffee, spices, olive oil, etc The pool and house were very clean. It was relatively easy to get an uber to go into the city for about $50. Overall, we had a great time!

Went for a girls trip. Beautiful home! Pictures do not do justice. Plenty of room for the ten of us. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. Had a wonderful stay and would book again! Close to the oasis restaurant which is a must visit.

This retreat was just fantastic. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully functional. And I adored the outdoor spaces. The hot tub, fire pit, hammock, outdoor shower, lights in the trees, stars and the feeling of complete isolation were exquisite. The house is also located perfectly between Dripping Springs and Wimberley so that it was easy to go shopping, hiking, investigate wineries.m, distilleries, breweries, etc. And only an hour away you can be in San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg so it’s just a fabulous property. I would LOVE to stay again but longer!!!

I recently stayed here with my family for a long weekend and would definitely book again! Lots of space, very peaceful and great amenities. Kitchen is very big and has a great oven and stove top to make lots of food! I was impressed that there were coffee pods and coffee grounds for you to use with the coffee machine! Nice extra touch. I really liked the downstairs area for the kids to play in! Also fun for the adults too since there is a Pac-Man machine and foosball table. We used the pool all weekend which was relaxing and also used the jacuzzi a couple of times! There is also a fire pit which is great for smores. Definitely matched the description! Would love to visit again! Very spacious and felt homey. I had a couple of questions while staying here and all questions were answered very quickly! Great host! Thank you!

Tricia's place was exactly what we were looking for and everything we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, secluded and incredibly peaceful. No neighbors, no noise, just absolute serenity. Plus, her pets were so friendly and definitely added to the whole experience. The cabin was amazing in itself because of how old it is and how well it's been preserved and maintained. It had every modern amenity you could want or need. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great and the WiFi worked great for streaming. With all that said, we would absolutely go back again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Raul’s cabin! Totally secluded, nice spot in the woods. Really appreciated the ability to bring our dogs. Home was very comfortable and clean, and unique! Enjoyed mornings in the hot tub and was about 20-30 mins from most hill country destinations. Would recommend and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hideout cabin! It was beautiful, peaceful and just the get away we needed. We loved the homey feel and the record player as we have one at home we enjoy listening to. We appreciated Cristina’s accommodations and recommendations. Wimberley is charming and everyone was friendly. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was comfortable and clean. Loved the art on the walls too. Nice and quiet location but still close to town. The back deck was where we spent most of our time. Hot tub was great. Would totally rent this place again.

Only got to stay one night but wanted to stay longer! Easy to find, peaceful, and a great overall vibe.
