This place is even more beautiful in person than the photos show in the listing! House was very clean, check in was easy, Katie was very responsive before and during our stay. We were in town for a wedding, and wanted a nice place to relax. The location is great, only 5-10 mins to great restaurants and the boardwalk with so much to do with your family young and old. We even had a night out downtown in Houston, which was further but not a bad drive.

Amazing time here! Tracy was responsive to any and all questions we had. The recommendations for places to eat were perfect! The house was so clean! Smelled so good! The master bed is a Cali king and so good we asked where it was from! The kids enjoyed their room and all the fun games inside and out! The fire pit and grill were great. Our most favorite was hanging out downstairs and enjoying the weather,the swings,hammock and especially the dart board! Showers and bathrooms were stocked with necessities if you forgot any. Beds were clean as can be. Kitchen stocked with the cutest cups and plates. Huge fridge. Tons of storage areas. We loved the huge red bean bag in the living room..we all either napped or sat on it multiple times. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you Tracy for taking care of our needs and providing such a fun beautiful getaway! (The fire place and light up tables were so cool!) also the park there was perfect for our kiddos!

Alex’s place was sooo Beautiful! The place was exactly as described but better! Check in was easy, and the place was absolutely spotless. They had great amenities for our 12 month old baby. Don’t get me started on the backyard and the views!! Simply Amazing! Sitting in the hot tub with the breeze from the lake was so grounding! The hosts communicated well and were accommodating to any questions we had. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Houston.

Our stay at the Flounder Bay was amazing. Such a beautiful peaceful place right on the water. The pictures definitely match the place!! Definitely want to visit again!!

My wife and I had a great time here. Beautiful waterfront location that feels tucked off from the rest of the world. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby, and still close enough to Galveston Island and south Houston. Will stay here again if we're ever in the area.

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

I really loved this place!! It was gated so I felt safe. Layout was perfect, nice decor, cute screened in porch, beautiful covered deck over water with lights. I enjoyed feeding the turtles!! They were so cute!! All sizes from babies to big ones!! I would love to come back!!! Rent it!! You will love it!!

What a little piece of paradise. I traveled from Louisiana for a wedding. I brought two of my children and girlfriend. The kids loved how much room there was. My girlfriend described it as similar to a resort while sitting by the water.
