Evan is one of Best Air b&b host. Home was great as like photo and description. Quiet lovely place. best for private fishing. Will comeback when I get a Vacation again.

A beautiful place tucked into San Leon, TX. We originally planned to stay in Galveston but after we saw this place we immediately changed our minds. The house was nestled in a great place right off the water. We got to experience this really great area while also enjoying the calm and quiet outside of Galveston. So glad we chose it. Great amenities and wonderful hosts!

The house was just as described. We enjoyed relaxing in the home and on the porch. We also enjoyed restaurants nearby. The hot tub was a nice place to relax even while it was raining due to the huge covered patio.

We came for a mini vacation and loved every minute. House was clean, host was friendly and helpful. The fishing was great, windy during our stay but we caught several fish. Black drum, speckled trout, catfish and stingrays. Most were catch and release but we had a blast. Sunrise is absolutely gorgeous over the water. We highly recommend this stay. We will be back.

We love staying at the Train Depot! This is our second stay with Tanner and Jan and it won't be our last. The guys asked for this Airbnb (which normally doesn't happen) so we were happy when it was available. We are working in the area and we will definitly stay here again if it is available when we are back in town. Tanner and Jan are great hosts! Always very fast to respond and always willing to do whatever they can to make the stay great. I would totally recommend the Train Depot in you are in the Houston/La Porte area!

The property is beautiful and scenic, not a ton going on outside the immediate lot but that’s to be expected for the area they are located. All amenities were accurately described. James and Aaron were very communicative throughout the weekend and acted quickly when we needed assistance. For other guests booking this property just be aware that booking the house does not give you exclusive access to the outdoor area - dock, pool, courts etc.

Jam’s place is well cared for and accurately depicted in the photos. If or when in the area, we’d booked again. Pluses: The place is spacious in the common areas, with 5 larger TVs total in the home; two in the kitchen/living room area, and one in each if the 3 bedrooms, and all with streaming services available. Updated fridge snd stove/oven and ceiling fans in every room. Pleased place was generously stocked with paper goods, towels, washcloths, bed linens, extra mattresses, plus an updated washer and dryer set. My husband and daughter fished off the private pier and my daughter caught her first large crab. Good to know: Car parking was easiest using the covered lower patio/gated car port area. The lockbox on the front gate is ONLY to access the keys for the garage, which is also well stocked with a grill and includes a half bath (so convenient when/if hanging out down stairs). P.S. The garage keys only work on the smaller back door off the covered patio.

Great for large groups! Enjoyed our stay there with family. Safe to go for evening walks. Close to police station. Location is great to be away from the big city but close. Tookie’s is a block away and have a great happy hour starting at 3. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved staying at Paul’s place. Check in was easy, the view from the front deck is amazing , and the pool/hot-tub was gorgeous and looked just like it did in the pictures. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here to celebrate 35 years of marriage with family and friends. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool was clean and the pier view was amazing. We instantly felt at home when we walked in. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay. They even left a dozen roses and a Happy Anniversary balloon on the dining room table upon our arrival which was a beautiful surprise 💛 We would definitely recommend this Host and his property! I wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful place

This house is beautiful and well maintained. My favorite room is the air-conditioned sun porch. it was a relaxing place to sit and read. When the others in our group arrived we enjoyed sitting there talking. Living room is comfy. Wifi was great. We never even turned on the TV, we were to busy enjoying all being together. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to move around in. Bedrooms have comfortable bedding and mattress. Not a host issue just out there for information. Beds are all very tall, for most this would not be an issue I struggled due to back, knee, and hip issues. Grandkid loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the location and selected it because it was close to the water and several of our favorite places. Check out the shops & Restaurants on Main Street. My favorite is El Ranchero. 1st Saturday each month is the vendor event on Main St. 5 Points Park when all lit up at night is beautiful. It's kind of retro neon, think Radiator Springs from Cars.

We rented Jared and Suzannes home for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and retirement from the Army (25 years of service). This home was the perfect place for our family to gather and to make new memories together as we celebrated this big milestone. The pool was so nice to cool off in as the temperature was in the high 90s all weekend. The backyard as a whole was perfect for our dogs as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need and more! The beds were super comfy and clean. I was actually sad to check out and go back home! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet escape to the Seabrook.Kemah area.

This property is very cute and has a lot of good outside area for family. We had a great Easter with the kids swimming and playing with crab traps. We had plenty of tables for seating. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any property I have stayed. I would stay there again.

We had a group of 4. Place was nice and clean upon arrival and photos lined up for what the house entailed! Price was great and the surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful and scenic. Owner did a great job with communicating and checking in to ensure things were going well. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at this house, view of the water was wonderful. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Kayaks, corn hole, and a hot tub kept everyone entertained. Walked to Noah’s Ark restaurant for good food. Note that the pier only goes out as far as you see in the pictures, and then ends. We enjoyed it, would stay again!

I loved this place and the peaceful setting to just get away and relax. It's close to things to do but the best part is view and soothing atmosphere of having the water right out the back door. The set up of the house is cute and modern. I'm looking forward to coming back for another weekend in the future.

Syed’s rental was just right! Everything was clean and neat. He was very responsive. I had no problems. The home was very spacious for my kids. We will definitely rent again here on our next trip back to kemah!

Location is great and Lynn was super helpful and flexible. The evening walks on the beach were wonderful and the house is adorable.

This might just be one of the best BNBs that I have ever visited. It was so clean and the area was so quiet, even with the cute little girl next door. My family and I felt so comfortable. We are the type that travel with cleaning supplies but we did not need them this time. The beds where comfortable and the a/c was super cold. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores that are a short drive away. Sylvan Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. We travel to Pasadena/LaPort every year to visit family and if it’s available this will certainly be our new home away from home.

We stay here 2-3 times a year, when in town working. Great place and just an all around easy stay. Hopefully she keeps the place, because we will continue to stay.
