"Staedenbergh" is een ruime woning voor 10 personen met 5 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten. Op het gelijkvloers vindt u 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer met toilet, ingerichte keuken en een ruime woon- en eetkamer. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u 3 slaapkamers, een toilet en een ruime badkamer. In de opbergruimte naast de woning is voldoende plaats voor enkele fietsen op te bergen. Zwembad is niet inbegrepen in de prijs, maar kan optioneel bij gehuurd worden.
