Firstly I'd like to say Rob is a host that goes above any beyond what is necessary. Due to a combination of airport delays, Airline mishaps, and weather, we landed at Atlanta 2AM. Despite this, Rob answered my phone call when we got to the place at 330AM and helped us through the door when there was an issue with the lock box. The place is wonderful and a great location. Walkable to the Belt Line! I can't say enough good things about it and it will be on top of my list when we return (although never again by plane)

My second stay at Chris and Christina’s. It’s a very lovely studio in a quaint community. Love having the coffee shop and massage parlor onsite. Very clean, well appointed space with essentials. The back porch is an added bonus!

I have nothing but good things to say about out Rich’s place. Extremely clean and super accommodating. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend 10/10!! Thanks Mr. Rick!!

A beautiful place that we would definitely stay at in the future. The host is very nice and helpful. We needed to extend our stay and the host made it very simple. Love the bed, super comfortable. The place is so cute. Love the detail put into the place. And the location is perfect. Close to everything. We came from out of state so we had to check in late and the host was very responsive even at night. Lovely shower, adorable kitchen, gorgeous all around. I will recommend this place to friends and family. Perfect place to stay especially if you want to be in the city. Thank you so much for letting us stay and extend our stay. It’s a new Airbnb but this is a 10/10 stay.

Enjoyed my second stay at the Charming Loft. The neighborhood is sweet and the location is so convenient for my comings & goings in Marietta. Look forward to future visits. Thanks Tracey & Michael.

One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. Unique space and very close to the belt-line. Some areas of the loft are in need of refurbishment but overall it was clean and well furnished. Definitely recommend.

The place was exactly as advertised—clean, conveniently located near the main attractions, and perfect for two people. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay.

The space was just as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and was a smart house! As in there was a control panel to control all the lights, fans, air etc. One switch on the wall turned on all, off or some of the lights. The place was clean, it was supplied with towels, soaps, he even gave a few refreshments and snacks which was very sweet! There was a patio that was wonderful to have. The location is great. Walking distance to where I had to be as well as to shops and lots of restaurants. Florian also checked on occasionally to make sure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this space and will 10000% come back here when I travel back to Atlanta. Thank you for hosting such a fantastic stay for my first time in Atlanta.

Beautiful is an understatement, the vibe of the stay gave fairy garden, exactly what I was looking for! The bathroom had a sky light that illuminated the space perfectly in the morning. I stayed here for my graduation weekend and the location was close to everywhere I needed to go. Everything was clean, and the location provided great privacy. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it.
