Charming, unique, and locally furnished, visitors of the BB Makers Loft experience Duluth’s local and vibrant arts community first hand. Unlike any other hotel or vacation rental, the BB visitors can stay, sleep, shop, and support local artisans right from the comfort of the loft. The home is located in the Spirit Valley neighborhood in West Duluth. Canal Park and Downtown is a 10 min drive.

Surrounded by a mix of mature pines and hardwoods, we experience a wide variety of wildlife and birds. The community of Moose Lake is a gateway to the north boasting access to both the Willard Munger paved hiking/biking/smowmobile trail system and the Soo Line ATV Trail System, a public beach with boat access and a state park.

Muskie Lake Cabin

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.

We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. Quiet cabin in the woods! Located right on ATV trail and about 45 min south of Duluth. Also within 20 min drive of lakes for fishing or boating. So if your looking for a relaxing get away or doing some wheeling we have the place for you! Fire ring set up for a relaxing evening fire! Full kitchen to make all your meals in or we are located close to Nickerson bar and Duquette General Store. If you need anything we are just a phone call or email away!

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.

Tucked away on 1.5 acres in the middle of Duluth, this one-bedroom cottage has breath-taking panoramic views of Lake Superior, the Aerial Lift bridge and the St. Louis River.
