This space is the upstairs level of my home. It has its own outside stairway for your entrance. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom has a TV. Bathroom with tub shower, kitchenette with keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fridge. This kitchenette/ living area has relaxing area with 2 recliners, computer desk, kitchen table, pantry closet and a 50 inch TV. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rest, Relax, see the sunsets and enjoy the country view from above.

Relaxing, spacious, quiet, clean and has all the basic requirements you'll need for a comfortable visit. No dusty gravel roads to access the property! Ada's Guesthouse

This 1910 fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is at the center of Storm Lake. Located on historic Lake Avenue, it is just two blocks from the lake, walking/bike trail, and 2 beautiful parks. Downtown is within walking distance as well as 5 beautiful churches, King's Pointe Waterpark and beach/park. A clean home full of character with high-speed internet, comfy beds/new linens, a new chef's kitchen, large bathrooms, new laundry appliances, and family games help make your stay memorable.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Formerly a church basement, we have taken it down to the bare brick. Offering almost 1200 sq. ft. of living space with 3 spacious bedrooms. The open concept kitchen and living room with large peninsula and barstools and large smart tv makes for a great gathering place . If you're in the area for work, a wedding, sports and whatever it may be, this place is Almost Home. Full disclosure, the entryway is not quite finished, but does not affect the guest quarters.

The Block Studio-202

Spend your stay in a little history at The Block. Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.
