Dies war eine der besten AirBnB-Erlebnisse, die ich hatte. Das Haus ist fast neu und in sehr schöner Natur sehr ruhig gelegen. Amy und Ray sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe Frühstück bekommen, obwohl es nicht im Inserat stand, und ich habe Hilfe bei der Verpackung meines zu großen Souvenirs, das ich per Post nach Hause schicken muß, erhalten. :-) Der Hund, Tui, ist super süß und lieb. Das Zimmer und das Bett waren sehr modern, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad ebenfalls sehr modern und sauber. Ich hatte tolle Gespräche mit Amy und Ray. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

The inside of this property has been beautifully modernized and was warm and comfortable for our family of 5. it is set back from the main road and is surprisingly quiet. We highly recommend such great hosts, too.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. Great location too! I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again.

Very comfortable, pleasant stay. Would defintely recommend. Off-street parking and delicious homemade-muesli were great extras.

We had a great Easter at Kahikatea Cottage. Rhonda was welcoming and left heaps of information about the area. the location is convenient for both Greymouth and Hokitika and is a quiet retreat at the end of a busy day. Hope to be back some day!

Sean’s place was clean, comfortable and in an awesome location. Beach access 2 minutes away with the most amazing west coast sunsets. 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent—it’s just a short drive to the Glow Worm Cave and Hokitika Beach. The wood-burning stove keeps the place very warm and cozy.

So happy we were able to book Janine's place to stay for a few nights. The place was beautiful and we were lucky to have travelled during a couple clear sunny days so we were able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful bush that surrounds the house. The (clean) house had everything we could want - great wifi, large functional kitchen, comfy bed, good water pressure, washing machine, a wood fire and last but not least a delightful little cat (Janine put no pressure on us to look after their cat while we stayed but we love cats so it went without saying). Janine was proactive with information on how to navigate to the house and there was an info book with more details waiting in the house. She was a delight and we really appreciate the hospitality. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We loved staying with Helen at the Bealey eco lodge. The setting is breathtaking and Helen’s cosy lodge was the perfect place to explore the area from. Helen is a super friendly host with a remarkable knowledge of the region. We’d recommend this stay for anyone traveling through the area looking for an off-grid experience

Can’t say enough positive things about this stay! From the moment I arrived Karen and Nigel made me feel like family, welcoming me with a smile, and offering a homemade dinner! Lovely conversation and two individuals who bring a smile to your face. The bed was incredibly comfy, the bathroom spotless, the breakfast in the morning a great touch as well as the gym and spa. Was incredible to feel like I was at home and to spend the night conversing with Nigel and Karen and learning more about NZ! Do yourself a favor and if you’re in the West coast, stay here!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on the farm! It's perfect with kids, there's so many animals and a nice little playground. Our kids loved to feed the animals and to play with the family dog. Lisa was very friendly and available to answer our questions. The fresh bread, honey, jam, butter and eggs in the morning made for a yummy breakfast, and it was easy to get food and go grocery shopping in nearby Greymouth. We went hiking to see coal creek waterfall and to stunning Pancake rocks. The room is small but impeccable and has everything you need to prepare simple meals. The only little discomfort is walking over the terrace to the bathroom when it's cold at night, so make sure to bring a warm pair of socks in the cold season :)

Highly recommended. Excellent AirBnB. Dean and Carol had an excellent stand in host in John. John couldn't have been more welcoming and willing to explain the set up in the house. He also gave me great recommendations about local restaurants and local attractions. There was a storm in progress the evening I arrived and John had a lovely bright fire going in the stove. I very much appreciated this on the evening that it was. The house was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I was also treated to a very good continental breakfast.
