Schöne ruhige Souterrainwohnung (ca. 38 m²) in ländlicher Umgebung ( 1,5 km bis Bad Tölz). Wandern, Mountainbiken oder Skifahren, alles in der Nähe. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Bad Tölz ( ca. 1, 5 km). Von Bad Tölz aus fährt stündlich ein Zug nach München Hauptbahnhof.
