I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment looked exactly as in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Lots of food options around and pretty close to diferent malls and to the city.

Tóm lại, đây là một lựa chọn hoàn hảo cho những ai muốn tìm một nơi lưu trú chất lượng với mức giá hợp lý. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

As fellow hosts in the community, Nhung and I have known and supported each other for some time. I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. Our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, it is so close to everything in the Old Quarter, but on a quiet street so there was very little noise. The house was very comfortable and everything felt newly renovated & clean. And the host was so friendly and helpful! They offered many local recommendations and even helped us book our car to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Tolle Lage und tolle Kommunikation. Wenn man in der Altstadt wohnen möchte, wirklich empfehlenswert.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

Complexe agréable avec piscines pour se rafraîchir. Écarte du vieux quartier c est chouette pour une escale avant de reprendre l avion. Notre hôte a été super arrangeant pour nous laisser l accès à l appartement 2 h de plus.

It was a great stay. We felt right at home. The apartment complex is well situated with accessibility to gym and lots of marts within the complex. It’s a little far from the city centre but worth it since the stay is so peaceful with nice amenities.

Beautiful house, very nice location, enthusiastic host. Clean and beautiful swimming pool. Great experience. I will come back.
