Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

The property was just what we needed and was as advertised. I was especially appreciative of the touches like towels provided ( I had packed my own thinking there wouldn’t be any available ). The pool was a nice bonus feature and the place felt like home. I highly recommend

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Was just asking advertised. We rented this property for the hot tub and pool as well as it's proximity to downtown Savanna. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property

The house was perfect location to exploreTybeeIsland and down town Savannah! The house had everything you needed and more!! Luka was so helpful! you will not be disappointed renting this beautiful home!

Location - about 15 minutes by car to historic Savannah and also about 15 minutes to Tybee Island, so it is easy to navigate or use Uber/Lyft. We walked daily in the cute, safe neighborhood. We also walked to and through the Wildlife Reserve just two streets down from the house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Charcoal grill and seating for outdoor meals! Plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Also two loveseats and two chairs under shade (which was perfect for the 7 week old with us). Plenty of pots/pans/utensils/storage containers. Also olive oil and basic spices made cooking so much easier than if we would have had to buy those only to use small amounts. Private back yard in a quiet neighborhood. House has lots of space to spread out!

Great place. We have stayed there several times. Very clean and convienent. Great comunication and goodies upon arrival. We will return.

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I’m always in places for extended times up to a year most times. This was the best experience I ever had in an Airbnb thank you so much for your kindness and everything done for me during my stay

We arrived to an Easter basket full of goodies and a charcuterie platter because Renee, the property manager, everyone deserves an Easter basket on Easter. That was truly kind. The place is fantastic- bigger than pictures make it appear, light and sunny, meticulously clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved gas grill! The backyard is super cool with a pergola covered in jasmine- smelled so good. Inside is super clean and fresh- everything painted and in great shape. Bed was comfortable. It is great to have the washer and dryer as well. We really got to know Renee, the manager, and that was great too. The whole island feeling is wonderful, and Banana Breeze and Renee engender that atmosphere.

We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

This really is the perfect Airbnb. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. The location is great. You can walk everywhere you would want to be as a tourist but are not in the thick of the crowded areas. Communication with the host was easy. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

Matthew personally met us the night we arrived. He showed us around the house and pointed out things we would need to know. He had a listing of recommended restaurants and such on a blackboard in the kitchen. We have been renting for 10 years in Savannah, and Matthew's house was by far the best. The kitchen is well stocked, everything was very clean and inviting. This was our first year not staying in the historical district, and we thought we would miss it, but just the opposite, we enjoyed being closer to restaurants and stores where we usually go, and it was easy to go down to the historical district whenever we wanted, and leave the noise and fuss when we didn't want it. It's a short walk to Daffin Park, and every morning started with a walk in that beautiful park. It is also the home to the Savannah Bananas, and we could hear the pregame music and excitement before every game in our back yard. It was a great winter.

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

Fantastic clean as a whistle very, very well appointed. Lots of plates, glassware, etc.. would definitely stay there again. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Great experience.

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (4 und 1 Jahr) verreist. Das Haus und die Gegend ist perfekt für Familien. Spielplatz und Pool gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Minuten entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man in Savannah und kommt auch sonst überall schnell hin. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war alles da, was man sich gerade als Familie mit kleinen Kindern wünscht… Hocker, Kinderstuhl und vor allem die Treppenabsperrung haben wir sehr geschätzt. Raquel hat an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und fahren mit weinenden Augen. Wir kommen wieder!

Had a very nice stay. Garry is a great host and responds quickly. Lovey house with alot of antiques made you feel like you stepped back in time. Perfect location, super easy to walk to everything. Walking through the park was just beautiful. Felt very safe too. The beds are most comfortable I have ever slept in. Do be sure to read the description carefully. No bathroom or kitchen on first floor. Kitchenette is really a laundry room with a fridge, you really couldn’t cook there. I feel there is only one bathroom with a useable shower and you must go through one of the bedrooms to get there. Others don’t have one that any of us felt safe climbing in and out of. The care taker who is in the property lives in the house on the main floor. Hence, no bathroom or kitchen as I’m sure he has them in his quarters. This house really makes you think how it was to live like gentility. Nice stay.
