We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. On a close distance you will find the water which is perfect to rent a boat and easy to keep distance at the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Or go for a walk through the beautiful forests around historical 's-Graveland. Amsterdam is at 30 km (30 min by Uber). Busstop in front of our door. Een goed toegeruste keuken, inclusief oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Boven twee slaapkamers en badkamer met ligbad, douche en tweede toilet. Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. In 5 minuten bij de trein die je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Of in 25 minuten naar Utrecht centrum. Loosdrechtse plassen en Gooimeer dichtbij.
