Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located only 4 miles off of highway 55! There are two bedrooms and two COMFY couches if you have more than 4 staying the night! This is located on a secluded road with two other homes occupied nearby by with quite, but very friendly, residents. This home is 25 minutes away from the historical town of Ste Genevieve, take a look! The host is will be able to assist you almost immediately, whether it be over the app or in person!

Along Route 66, just 4 minutes from Purina Farms, this shared property is dedicated to your privacy, where you’ll enjoy a jacuzzi tub, private deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, fenced in area for dogs, relaxing garden areas, walking trails through the woods, fire pit, and an above ground pool in the summer months. Great for weekend getaways and anyone wanting to unplug. I stay in lower level with my husband and 11 year old son (who is usually gone weekends).

Welcome to the most serene and immersive equine retreat in the area! We are so happy you decided to stay with us. We want you to feel relaxed and at home as you enjoy the equine activities as well as the cozy log cabin and all its features and amenities! Enjoy views of the lush property and relax as you watch the horses graze and roam. We offer customized horsemanship opportunities that accommodate each person's level of comfort and ability. Cost: $75 for two hours, maximum of two lessons/day

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Terrific Treehouse Family Fun

Mother Nature is calling you to unwind in a magical 2-story treehouse. The Magic Land 70 acre private retreat with 3 acre lake, picnic area, creek and swings is fun for the whole family. Laugh by the fire with our sweet dogs, chickens and silly turkey. Hammock naps, s’mores, stories and swings. Love our Old Time Tin Hot Tub for starlit soaks. Our whimsical Treehouse is an hour from STL. We sleep 9 in 7 cozy beds. Breathe, let go, make memories and renew your soul. Make everyone happy here.

FUNKS INN no extra guest fee or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a detox in our handcrafted wood fired sauna, or take a soak in the hot tub under the stars! Full kitchen, bathR w/claw foot, & screened in porch. It’s very private, with land to explore. Take a stroll to the pond or creek where you will see a little piece of history, or possibly enjoy a visit from our sweet cows. Close to La Chance winery, Desoto town, Big River access points, valley view glades, & Washington state park.

The perfect setting for a family getaway, couples retreat, or girls' weekend. One level bunkhouse offering 1200sq ft of living that includes 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Master with queen size bed has its own luxury private deck. The two additional bedrooms are located opposite ends with a full bathroom that can be accessed the hall for guest convenience. When the sun falls below the skyline, pour your favorite beverage and enjoy the stars on the deck with the gas firepit.

The Den at Dittmer Hollow

Newly Updated** Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, with a semi-primitive, modern cozy secluded treehouse in the woods! Explore 10 acres or wind down on the deck before relaxing in the *NEW* hot tub. The cabin inside has a very minimalistic design featuring on the first floor an electric fireplace, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, leather futon couch, kitchenette with a hand crank water pump sink, axe throwing and porta-potty bathroom.

Rock House Retreat

Unplug and enjoy a slower pace of life at this picturesque rock cottage. The 1920’s former hunting lodge was built from stone sourced from the property, and is as charming as ever. Enjoy an early morning stroll on one of the many hiking trails, or just relax on the porch while sipping coffee. There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.
