House was cute and very nicely decorated. The pool was amazing. The trampoline was gone and the ice machine in the fridge was broken but everything else was wonderful. The beds and couch were very comfy. Loved that they had extra towels we could use as ours were drying. Very well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. Over all loved our stay at this house.

Worth every penny, for a large group, or family that likes their privacy. very nice accommodations. Property is always kept nice. Rodney, Brent, and Pete are awesome to deal with. Thanks again guys great stay.

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

Mercy and Jamie's place was just as described. Comfortable, very clean and plenty of room. Loved that it was free of clutter. Pool was clean and although it was on the chilly side, we were able to dip our toes in it and also enjoy the sunshine on the Lanai. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Did I mention clean? Yes, it sure was. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to watch the golfers. This is just what was needed. Connect with old friends, see some of my old places that I liked to visit and discover new.

Chris is an excellent communicator and maintains a clean, beautiful home! It was spacious for my family's needs but also cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Jennifer was a great host! Very responsive and flexible with checkout. We had a late flight and Jennifer accommodated us with an afternoon checkout. House was spacious and clean including the pool. We had 7 adults and no kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

My family and I have stayed on the river several times and this was by far our favorite spot. Great space, inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back soon!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was so clean!!!! We were greeted with a welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, a few water bottles, and some fruit and snacks. A lovely welcome. The owners responded to my texts within minutes. It's close to shopping of all kinds and is near the Weekiwachee Preserve and the Weeki Wachee mermaids. The place was animal free which was important to us because of allergies to dander.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

The host was extremely responsive to any questions and when we asked if they had a portable crib they didn't and they went out of their way to buy one and place it in the home force. The outdoor area with the ping pong pool table fireplace TV pool and big table and a grill that gets super hot for cooking which was great. would stay here again if needed

Awesome stay! I was bummed I wasn't able to stay a full extra day and really enjoy the pool but I will return. Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The shower is huge. Thanks again!

Our stay there was very nice. We even got to see a mama and baby dolphin right out the back porch one morning the place was clean love the neighborhood and felt safe and secure would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

This place was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and how open the inside was. The screened porch area was great to relax without worrying about bugs. The lights in the back made night fishing and hanging outside longer possible, and we really enjoyed that. We would definitely book this place again!

Ashley's house was perfect for our stay. Outfitted with everything you'd need for a home-away-from-home. Even new toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms! Location for us was great. Only *slight* negative is that the house is situated on a main road, which makes it difficult to easily pull out nless you remember to turn the car around in the driveway. This is exactly how an AirBnB should be set up and run. Hope to return next year!

The home was warm and welcoming. Cindy and Andrew put thoughtful consideration into their guests comfort. From the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, linens and towels galore, personal care items and detailed instructions....it was as if our every need was anticipated. The location of this home is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family. The home was clean, the bedding was clean. I’d agree with a former reviewer that there a few things here and there that could use some repair…broken blind, broken outlet, door by laundry…I mean these are really minute things. The location and hospitality far outweigh little repairs. The access to kayaks was such an awesome perk! The porches and the dock were so awesome! This home has character and we didn’t want to leave. Our last day there we saw manatees and hospital hole was a short row away. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. This is a lovely 2bed/2bath in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and even comes stocked with plenty of coffee. The bed mattress may feel firm to some initially but once I laid down I found it to be incredibly supportive and comfortable whether laying on side or back. I slept very well. Now the real selling point is the host, India. She sent all the information needed prior to our arrival and responded quickly to messages. She found out we were coming into town for a family reunion and surprised us with a few very thoughtful gifts for our family such as Easter candy for the kids and a reunion themed banner which became the backdrop of our family’s photo album table at the reunion gathering on Easter Sunday. I found India to be genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have the best possible experience. I would definitely stay here again or any property that India hosts.

Jennifer’s place was amazing,everything you could need for a vacation! Plenty of cooking utensils,plates,bowls,pans and even lot’s of spices. The house was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Beds,pillows and sheets were very comfortable. Any questions or concerns we had she was very quick to respond and fix. Being right on the canal with the floating dock made it super convenient for the kayaks to be put in the water that leads right to the Gulf. Dolphin’s swimming right in front of the Airbnb daily and very friendly duck visitors. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!
