The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

It sleeps 3 (+1) which includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull out guest bed for a 4th person. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave & fridge. The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.

For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.
