I have just got back and it was a wonderful little apartment, just on part of the top floor of their beautiful home, in the Hereford countryside with beautiful views, also beautiful gardens and a lake you can wonder around. also lots of friendly animals too! Peter met us on arrival and was very friendly. a little slow to respond with message initially but not a major problem. would definitely return.

Rebecca was very responsive with clear instructions on how to find the property and gain access. The flat was modern and very clean with everything you would need for a stay including essentials like milk, tea, coffee, shower gel and also a bottle of wine what was a nice touch. The flat is within 10 mins walking distance into Ludlow, so the perfect location to check out Ludlow and the surrounding areas. For anyone looking to stay in the area, I highly recommend Rebecca’s flat.

Newly refurbished, very comfortable apartment in central Kington. Great location, straight out onto walking routes plus good cafes and shops in town.

The flat is lovely. The views are stunning and the surrounding area great for walks. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Mandy is very helpful, and quick to respond. I would recommend staying here.

A lovely play to stay if you want a weekend away book buying and hiking in Hay-on-Wye. The hostess was lovely and always responsive. Would definitely go back again!

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Simon’s place was perfect for our short stay in Hereford! It was equipped with everything we needed and more, from a cosy living/dining area, well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The place was spotless and we found the beds so comfy! We would definitely stay at Simon’s again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Mal and Mike’s place was terrific and had everything we needed for our short stay. A quiet and private space in peaceful surroundings. We really appreciated the breakfast items and fruit in the room. If you visit be sure to take a walk along the canal which is 2 minutes away. And we definitely recommend the pizza at the Towpath Inn. A really enjoyable few days.

Wat een verborgen parel! We vierden Pasen met ons gezin (2 jonge kinderen) en opa en oma in het prachtig verbouwde koetshuis. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Ian, die ons rondleidde. Wat een ruimte! Veel groter dan de foto's doen vermoeden, en schitterend gerenoveerd met oog voor originele details. Het appartement is comfortabel, met hoogwaardige materialen en een luxe uitgeruste keuken—perfect voor onze paasbrunch. De ligging is idyllisch: naast een charmant kerkje waar we spontaan de paasmis bezochten, met uitzicht op de heuvels, paarden en stilte. De kinderen speelden veilig rondom het huis. Avonden brachten we door in het sfeervolle openhaardkamertje beneden—pure gezelligheid! De omgeving biedt volop wandelingen en uitstapjes; wij genoten van Abergavenny, White Castle, Puzzlewood en Cardiff. Echt een plek om op te laden. Twijfel je? Gewoon boeken!

The apartment is a beautiful space in a lovely tucked away location. It's so peaceful but handy to get into Hereford for shopping and eating out. Everything I needed for my short stay with a fabulous shower and comfortable bed. I'd definitely recommend and revisit.

The apartment is as spacious as stated and shown. To be able to walk around without bumping into furniture, particularly in the bedroom, even with an abundance of clothes storage space is almost unique. As is having a seperate dining room in a flat. There is ample, secure and accessable parking for any vehicle. Whilst the walk into town is simple. The walk to the Royal Hotel, to sit on the terrace at the end of the day, via the church was an added bonus.

Assembly View is ideally located for Ludlow town centre and street market. The town is full of history and character with plenty of places to eat. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious shower. Excellent welcome pack that was very appreciated. Welcome booklet was very informative regarding things to do and places to eat. All appliance manuals were available in one place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Assembly View again.

Beautiful, quirky place to stay. Spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable, Great to have the parking and be in the centre of town so we could walk everywhere. Friendly staff in the Tourist Information downstairs, great place to pick up ideas for days out. We did the Black and White Village tour on a duller day and it was fantastic, well worth the drive. Would definitely recommend this as a base. Just be aware that as described there are lots of steps in the property. Would love to re-visit.

The Hideaway Hut is the perfect spot for a countryside getaway. It had all the amenities you could need and Roy and Michelle made us feel at home straight away with their friendly welcome . The place was clean, tidy and in a beautiful location looking across acres of land. A special mention goes out to the perfect location of the hot tub , a beautiful view out into the countryside and every night you could see a sky full of stars , which we enjoyed alongside a few bottles of wine 🍷 The Hut was located not far from Hereford town but far enough away from road noise that made it very peaceful of a night time. Roy and Michelle were very responsive when we had any questions and even gave us extra wood for our fire on the first night which was much appreciated. We would certainly return to this lovely hut in the future !

A lovely apartment, right in the heart of Hay-on-Wye, within easy walking distance of gorgeous restaurants and book shops. Also very handy for walking Offa's Dyke!
