The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. Birdhaven is a delightful cottage situated on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Wenhaston, just a few miles from Southwold and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths. This charming self-catering cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of natural wonders and attractions nearby. It features lovely views of the surrounding picturesque meadows which offer wonderful sunsets. The cottage has a large garden and driveway offering private parking and the woodburner makes it an ideal cosy winter escape.

A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

Self contained private semi-detached cottage. Open plan living, dining and kitchenette. Large bedroom with wardrobes and a super king size bed plus a small double sofa bed in the living space. Featuring a spacious wet room with shower, loo and basin. Views over a lake on Henham Park which is on Suffolk's coast near Southwold and Aldeburgh. Access to the park is not possible unfortunately due to farming and event commitments.

Kate's Cottage, Wangford nr Southwold

Kate's Cottage is our family cottage in a peaceful village that has a local store and pub within a 5 minute walk. Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
