Bryan was very responsive and his place is very clean and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful and the inside was plenty big for our family of 7. We enjoyed our stay.

If you like music, this is the spot for you, the decor is top notch. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature. We didn't see a neighbor all weekend, but did see a hawk perching and heard the owls. The creek really does sound great after a rain too. Awesome host, awesome house, would most certainly visit again.

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! This was hands down, the most beautiful airbnb I have ever been to. I have been out of the country plenty times, and to different states plenty of times. It was well stocked, had EVERYTHING you needed. Plenty of space. The pool was beautiful, hot tub, trampoline, a skate park, an actual park, a big beautiful lake, beautiful gazebo, a GYM. There is so many things to do. There was extra towels, blankets, wash rags, pool towls, coffee, condiments, anything you could possibly want or need was there. If you are EVER in this area, and need something extremely nice. Come here. Also, there is a double shower, with beautiful craftsmen shift. This was single handedly the BEST airbnb i've stayed at. It was very quiet, her puppies were so sweet, it was nice seeing them when we pulled up! The check-in was extremely easy as well. Easy to get in, no trouble at all. Please book with Lisa. She also replies extremely fast! This will be the best airbnb experience of your life.

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday—along with my twin sister—with our entire family under one roof: my husband, our parents, two brothers, and their wives. John and Sandee, your home is truly incredible. From the stunning views off the wraparound porch overlooking the river to the beautifully decorated, antique-filled interior, every detail was perfect. The location offered the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the on-demand hot water—no one ever had to wait for a shower—and the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals for our group of nine a breeze. The large stove was an added bonus. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

First question: why get a hotel when you have Jessica’s condo? Private, roomy, a balcony! Having an electric, gated, FREE parking space was a godsend for us as we were traveling back north for 6 months and our car had boxes in it (brought important stuff in with us tho). An outstanding restaurant a few hundred feet from our door (Husk) and The Listening Room is a couple blocks away - a must go! Two coffee shops we enjoyed ( The Creamery and The Goat) two minutes away. Nashville is a few blocks. Jessica thought of everything and she answered my call on the second ring when I couldn’t figure out the dryer. King bed.. a closet full of sundries, from toothpaste to aloe cream if we got too much sun. There was even an old turntable and my husband and I listened to records for the first time in a few decades. Honestly I can’t say enough about it. Just please be respectful of your neighbors at night or early morning. It’s the least one can do to have the privilege of staying in her home. 🥰

This place was the perfect little getaway, the owners were very friendly and helpful. About .5mile from some restaurants and bars which is nice if you don’t have a car. Definitely worth the price if there’s more than 4/5 people. And the amenities were so so good. Thanks again Tambra:)
