Well kept clean 1 bedroom basement apartment with a separate private entrance. 2 people live upstairs so there should not be much noise travel. This apartment is located on the gravel road about 2 miles from the town. Local Hospital is about 8-9 minute drive. Indian Hills Community College is about 8 minute drive. Country living! 12 Minutes to the center of Ottumwa. No Pets allowed! No Smoking, No Candles. Please list all guests. Absolutely NO unauthorized guests. No third parties please.
