Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful—truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home: warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice—everything was even more stunning in person. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the space was spotless, stylish, and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway!

Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

Suzanne’s place was perfect for my husband and me. It felt like a “home away from home”. We were able to truly relax in this home. This was our first time staying on the same site as a host and it was a fantastic experience. Suzanne and her husband greeted us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. We had full access to the outside amenities. The home/location was peaceful and well equipped with everything we needed. Next time we visit, we plan to bring our daughter because I know she would love swimming in the pool! Thank you for a great stay, Suzanne!

The place is exactly as advertised. The parking was a big advantage, but the street parking is also very available. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spend the night

Our trip to Nashville started out with unforeseen circumstances due to problems with another Airbnb that we booked. Luckily Lacey took us in at the last minute and we couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with us during the process. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Excellent communication! I can't say enough about the house! It was more than enough space for the five of us during our stay. The view from the roof top decks was amazing! You could tell right away that EVERYTHING was cleaned!! It was spotless! When we return to Nashville, we will be staying at one of her properties. Thanks for everything!!

We loved Stephanie’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Check in and check out were so easy. Lastly, Stephanie was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This place was very nice! Clean and modern and had everything we needed. There a lot of rules that made us feel a little scared to really do or move anything with in the house but it is understandable.

My kiddos and I were on spring break and wanted to get away. The house was very nice and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, the only thing that I would complain about is that I had to go buy a can opener lol. 🤦🏽‍♀️All in all no complaints. I will definitely consider staying here again when I come back to visit with my can opener…😜😆🤣

Melva’s place was cozy and close to downtown. It was perfect for us to use as a place to sleep when most of our time was spent out exploring. Melva gave great instructions and it was located in a nice neighborhood - felt safe. Beds and towels were nice and clean but there was some dust build up on the trim and in the bathroom vents. The checkout instructions were clear, easy and we didn’t have to worry about doing much which was great!

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great location, easy uber ride to downtown, never difficult for drivers to locate us. Beds were so comfortable! Enjoyed our long weekend in Nashville!

The unit was beautiful and very convenient for accessing Broadway and 12south which are very popular tourist locations in Nashville. Ms. Dorinda was available and quick to respond during our stay. Would definitely stay here for future trips!

This was a great place to stay - easy to find, safe, clean, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Jeff was proactive, made everything easy, and was available if we would have needed him. We would stay again.

Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed here twice. The location is great - close to Vanderbilt university, and decor is like at a designer hotel. But unlike a designer hotel there is plenty of space for a big family. We loved the house and will definitely return again!

Great stay with friendly hosts! Tiffany was so sweet and brought over books and puzzles for my little ones to play with during our stay. Perfect location with not being far from downtown and all the things to do and in a safe neighborhood. Would recommend!

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!
