Frédéric was very attentive and always responded to us. Alberto met us for an early check in and explained everything. The place is spotless and has everything you’d need. Waking distance to Montmartre and the moulin rouge. Metro stop is 30 feet away. Loved it

The locations is absolutely perfect. Supermarket is right next to the apartment, and 3~5 min walking to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower. And Alexander is very nice guy. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it.

Die Gegend in Paris hat uns schon immer gut gefallen und wir haben uns gefreut so eine Wohnung mit Parkblick gefunden zu haben. Wir hatten zwar Bauarbeiten wärend unseren Aufenthaltes von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr Arbeitstäglich allerdings wurden wir darauf gut von unseren Vermietern vorbereitet. Somit super schön.

Vi havde et super godt ophold. Der er en fuldstændig fantastisk udsigt, vel en af de bedste i hele Paris. Da vi trådte ind i stuen var det bare WOW! Virkelig fantastisk udsigt. Nød at sidde i lænestolen og nyde udsigten og få morgenkaffen. Lejligheden ligger tæt på transport ind til Paris. 5 minutters gang til stationen Le Val d'or. Lejligheden indeholdt alt hvad vi havde brug for - et fuldt udstyret køkken, krydderier med mere. Lækkert badeværelse med lækker jacuzzi. Gode senge og tilbehør. Delphine er samtidig en pragtfuld værtinde,der altid var behjælpelig under hele opholdet. Vi havde problemer med bilen og Delphine hjalp os med at finde en mekaniker. Altid venlig i kommunikationen. Der ligger en god bager 3 minutters gang fra lejligheden, et fint supermarked er også tæt på, ligesom pizzaria og sushi. Hvis vi kommer til Paris igen vil vi helt sikkert bo hos Delphine. Vi forlængede vores ophold 2 gange. Hun og lejligheden får vores varmeste anbefaling.

We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

This was a great house in the Paris suburbs . Worked out well for our family of 6. Great kitchen and living area where we could enjoy our time and garches is a nice little town that we could walk to for bread, groceries etc. we enjoyed combining the suburban experience while still going into Paris everyday . Host Alexis was great and very responsive and caring.

The host Jay is very easy to communicate with and always responds to our requests quickly. He also allowed us to leaving our luggage’s at the apartment before check in and after check out, that relieved us a lot. Thank you for Blanco’s help for smoothly checking in. The apartment is spacious and beautiful decorated. Perfect location for sightseeing on foot, metro is just opposite the road. A bit noise when the garbage truck working in early morning. But overall , with the nice host and ideal location , it is a great experience ! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location. This apartment was just right for 2 sisters to use as home base to explore. At check in our greeter gave us all of the necessary info to get our Metro cards, close to 2 stations that we used throughout the stay. The elevator, which is rare in Parisian buildings, was key when we had heavy bags or just tired from walking all day! The apartment has everything you need, and more! Highly recommend! Was everything that was promised and more We hope to return one day and would definitely use this host again!

Wir waren für 13 Tage in Paris. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Viele Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspültabs sind ausreichend vorhanden. Paris ist super mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Bis zum Eiffelturm sind es 4 Stationen und 16 Minuten. Auf dem Weg zur Bahn sind mehrere sehr empfehlenswerte, gute und preiswerte Restaurants. Gleich nebenan ist ein sehr großer Supermarkt. Auch mehrere Bäckereien für die „Versorgung mit Baguettes“. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiter. Der Vermieter ist supernett und antwortet auf jegliche Frage innerhalb von Minuten.

David's apartment is very nicely located near the Eiffel Tower, in a busy neighborhood with fine shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. - yet the apartment itself is secluded and quiet. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated its quaintness and interesting decor. David was very responsive and helpful during our stay - he is an excellent host! We have already recommended him to friends, and would like to return some day.

Helmut’s place was just like the pictures! Great location next to restaurants and little stores! It also wasn’t just too far from the main attractions! It does get a bit hot in France, so i’d recommend the lower parts of the home, but still very very great !

I enjoyed my stay here. It's right next to a giant park which was very nice to bring my dog to. The place is very small but for the price it's a great value. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The lock on the door is extremely hard to use and the hallway lights are not automatically on, so when you leave the apartment you need to bring a flashlight until you get turn on the light switch at the end of the hallway. It's also right next to a Metro stop which was very convineint. But I will note while I did feel safe there, there were homeless people on the street everyday, sometimes right outfront of the entrance. Also, there is a huge pressure to leave a 5 star review which I find very offputting.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

The place is great, tidy, well equipped with everything necessary. Hosts are responsive to every need. Good location for sightseeing of Paris and surroundings. Very close, across the street to RER line and tram station, has a view to the city and Eiffel tower.

Excellent place to stay, great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to the metro. Christine was there to welcome us and provided us with food for our first breakfast. Very much enjoyed our trip to Paris. Thank you Christine.

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Great location, beautiful pool and total relaxing vacation. We will be back!

O apartamento é fantástico, muito bem decorado e confortável. Benedicte esteve sempre pronta a ajudar, e sempre muito simpática. Excelente localização, perto de metro e autocarro, e fora da confusão do centro de Paris. Se um dia voltar a Paris, muito provavelmente vou ficar no apartamento, se estiver disponível.

Sylvia’s apartment was just lovely. And a true Parisien neighborhood not full of tourists but full of families. We loved having the market days and the flea market just a block outside our door. Every amenity you could want was available in the apartment, including beautiful fresh flowers in her flower pots which I happily watered. Sylvia and Antonio her host or welcoming and so easy to deal with in communication. The house was spotless and we felt it was a bargain for Paris. I hope we can visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Hermine's place. It is a peaceful environment and ideal for large families. The location is perfect for day trips in and around Paris. Communication was very clear. Hermine is a gracious host and I can highly recommend her place.
