Beautiful Stone Home

Welcome to beautiful Hatcher Pass! Enjoy your stay in this handcrafted space built by Discovery Channel’s star of Homestead Rescue, Marty Raney. This one-of-a-kind build has two-foot thick walls, concrete-stained floor, custom hand-built log furniture including cozy Alaskan spruce log beds & log end tables. A few pictures of this building were sent to Discovery during its construction, piquing their interest, and ultimately securing Marty’s leading roles on Homestead Rescue and Raney Ranch.

Peak Lodging- Cabin #1 near Gov't Peak Rec. Area

Relax with the whole family at this new beautiful guest cabin. Nestled at the base of the Gov't Peak Recreation Area, this vacation rental is just 20 minutes from Palmer, Alaska and 1.25 hours from Anchorage. Views of the Chugach Mountains abound from a private cabin deck. Two queen beds, full bath and full kitchen. In the winter ski trails are accessible out the back door, summer/fall guests can enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails. Our modest cleaning fee supports Alaskan employees.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.
