Excellent hosts! Mike and Helen are super dedicated and wonderfully friendly to make your stay incredible! Very nice and clean facilities, wonderfull breakfast, food around the area is delicious (especially the neighbor restaurant!). Nice base to explore Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for a day trip or to explore the rich history around the region. Ideal for peaceful and tranquil get-away with nice beaches around (+/- 10 min by car) to spend the day. Highly recommended.

It’s a perfect spot on the Cape. A short drive to just about anything.

What a gem! There's so much care and love that has gone into this space. The rooms are cozy and the grounds are beautiful. I sat outside with breakfast (which was provided in the cutest little picnic basket!) in a quiet lawn area and spotted birds. There was a fire pit in the evenings, which was fun to chat with other guests, and a pool. I definitely will be recommending this place to others and hope to stay here again soon. Thank you to Silvia and Phil for being such welcoming hosts!

I very much enjoyed the space. It had a nice lakeside cottage feel. It was a cute place. As I was ravelling alone I like the motor lodge set up and having a few people nearby. It was quiet neighbor-wise but the road was a bit load. I was in a unit more close to the road. Overall it was a great place and close to everything g i wanted to do without being trapped up the coast.

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

We loved our time here! Room was very clean and spacious, and the property was gorgeous. The property is right on the beach, with private beach access - there are a handful of of cozy community areas, and the morning breakfast is delicious. Hosts were also wonderful - very thoughtful and responsive! They made check in & check out seamless and easy, and we felt at home right away.
