Thank you Randy and Diane! I had a friend from Pittsburgh fly in last minute and we needed a place to stay. This is absolutely one of the best places to stay especially if you need two bedrooms for the price and location. You can’t beat how clean this place was, having everything you needed and great location!

Our stay at the Private Garden Cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. The cottage was modern, clean, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, with plenty of good food and shopping within a 5 minute walk or quick drive. And we appreciated the unique setting, as our 16 month old loved watching the chickens & dog and playing in the yard.

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. Beautiful, cozy, and clean. We loved the bed so much!!! We instantly fell in love with the house. The host is very responsive, flexible, and helpful. overall deserves 5 stars!!

Excellent location!!! Lots of great downtown stuff very nearby. Walked to everything we wanted! Having private, underground parking spot was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for what we needed and very cozy and comfortable. Loved the place, loved the location, loved downtown Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay at John & Elizabeth’s place - house was well set up and really grew to love the neighborhood- so many cute restaurants within walking distance. We had some severe weather while there, and John & Elizabeth were helpful in communicating with us what to do and where to get the latest information. They also left tons of recommendations on where to eat and good spots to visit. Would recommend!

Perfect location just a short uber or drive to downtown. Great large home with an amazing backyard pool deck area! The roses and peonies were blooming and they were stunning! Comfy beds too! Plenty of space for large families to roam!

We stayed at this Airbnb house with family to attend and celebrate our son’s graduation from Belmont University. It was in walking distance to the University and some shops. It was a great location for an easy drive to restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. All of the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We felt at home and fully accommodated. The only thing I would recommend for the owner to add are a couple of umbrellas to grab since it unfortunately rained for the majority of our visit. Our stay was great and I would highly recommend this house for a great stay in a beautifully decorated home
