Granny Women healers of early Appalachia used herbs, common sense, Celtic spells, prayer, moonshine, and the King James Bible to heal all ailments. Based on long oral traditions and reconstructed on the spot were Granny Woman O'Clery's husband built a tiny cabin before being killed in a Indian attack.
