Some cars, farm machinery & four-wheelers do go by. However, you can sit facing the water and feel like you have left the rest of the world behind as you listen to the loons. This special kind of space is for those who like a touch of country, it is not a hotel, it is not a party place, but a lovely RUSTIC cottage/cabin.

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

We also have a 6 acre front yard complete with a 1 acre pond you are welcome to fish and relax by. After a long day enjoying all the rustic beauty and small town charm that Vermont has to offer, you can warm yourself by our pellet stove which heats both floors of our over 1,600 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 full baths home. 6 guests max [infants included].

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
