West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Great AC/Heat, strong WI-FI, tankless water heater with unlimited hot water, and fully stocked kitchen. Very near local restaurants and shops.

Long Lake Cottage

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.

This two bed two bath home is very new and fresh with brand new high-end furniture. From the 65” TV to the gas fire pit on the patio overlooking the small creek and woods you won’t feel more relaxed. This is a great escape for a carefree visit to the lake front. Spend time next to the water for fun waterplay, relaxing evenings on the deck or spending time with friends and family away from everyday life. There are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy on our canal off main lake. You can park a boat on our dock, however pontoon boats are too big to fit through tunnel to main lake. Update: we are excited to offer a newly redone bathroom and kitchen and new driveway!

Jake's Place is on a private beautiful all sports lake (all DNR regulations apply) This is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. Spring feed lake, very clean and sandy bottom. This property has access to a second empty lot for additional yard. Multiple indoor and outdoor games, paddle boat, 4 kayaks and bond fire pit for relaxing after a great day on/in the lake. Jake's place faces the west for Gorgeous sunset viewing to end your day.

Stone Cottage on Kerr Island

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
