We stayed at Helen’s beautiful place for a couple of nights- it was exactly the peace and tranquillity that we needed before and after the Manchester Marathon. It is spacious and tastefully decorated with Helen’s amazing glass work. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The garden is lovely and the Hobbit House is very sweet! We also managed to fit in a walk around Lymm dam and visits to Dunham Massey and Tatton Park - both are stunning. We would happily stay here again.

We found the house easily. Parking was a struggle but we found a space at the end of the road. The house was immaculate inside and felt very welcoming. There was everything we needed. Plenty of towels and loved the addition of bathroom essentials that you don’t find in many other places. Having coffee and tea bags was definitely welcome after a very long drive although we did have to go find milk. Will definitely stay again and would recommend. Only negative was a bit of noise from the neighbours when they were out in their garden at night but that’s to be expected in a terraced road.

We so loved our first visit to Adele's place we returned! And were just as happy second time around. Perfectly sited for us and a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for having us back, Adele!

Beautiful home , responsive and helpful host . House is fab, clean , tidy and spacious . Great power shower and really comfy beds! Perfect place to stay to visit Liverpool . Local amenities on the door step , restaurants, bars and local supermarket alongside a huge park to explore . Bus ride or ten minute taxi ride to the centre. Highly recommended and will be staying again .

Great little place for a group of 4 couples to stay for a night, our second visit here. Would recommend!

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Easy to book, easy to find and get into, house was as stated and the location was perfect for us. it's clean and had good facilities and we were kept updated all the while even though we were only there for one evening. recommend Rudy's pizza's.

We stayed at Sonya’s place whilst having renovations done to our house and it was perfect for the hat we needed. The house is really clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The downstairs furniture has been upgraded and is actually better than the photos. Really good location for Woolton village amenities, pubs etc and short walk to woolton woods for walking the dog. Sonya is a great host, friendly, responsive and helpful check-in instructions. Easy to find the place and check in. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Extremely clean and tidy place to stay with quick access to the beach. Very kind and helpful host, always responding quickly and efficiently. Gave frequent and helpful updates! Would stay here again ☺️

What a fabulous weekend our 13 strong family experienced this weekend. The location, facilities available, and space were outstanding. Thankyou Richard, Matt and all the crew at Home Farm. You helped to make a lifetime memory for us, our children and their loved ones and our grandchildren. We laughed and played in a magnificent home and space

The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

This place is amazing if you want a clean and safe place to stay. Runcorn itself doesn't offer much for tourists, BUT it close to everything, and super safe neighborhood. We loved it.

Very lovely decorated, clean and central house. It had everything we needed and we right away felt home away from home staying at Jessica’s house. Given the proximity to our family it was the ideal location and the house is waking distance to town and other shops. Jessica was kind and very responsive. Having stayed in other properties in Warrington over the last years this one was certainly our favorite and we will be back.

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was convenient for us to use as a base to visit family. It was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. The trains though, the trains, were a highlight - running at the bottom of the garden providing full entertainment for all ages. Thankyou
