Fantastic home at a great location. Very well stocked with everything one would need for a short vacation. Host is very responsive and accommodating. We had a small school friends reunion and it was the perfect setting.

The house was perfect! Everything was so nice and new and extra clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Bedrooms and baths were beautiful! It was exactly as described- luxurious! We had a wonderful time and Cody was a great host! He was accommodating, helpful and responsive. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This lake house is probably the nicest Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed in! The hot tub and pool overlooking the lake was breathtaking! I’ve never seen an Airbnb so stocked with everything we needed from towels to face wash and toothbrushes we didn’t go without anything. The games were our absolute favorite and there were too many activities to count! Some activities include, pool, air hockey, ping pong and basketball! There are so many board games so even if it rained you’d be entertained here for days. The house has plenty of room for everyone to be together or in our own separate spaces— every room had a tv! Overall, I am very impressed and would love to book again for next year! Worth every penny!

Awesome experience! It was exactly what we hoped it would be... peaceful and quiet. The home was extremely clean and comfortable, easy to locate and close to everything we needed access to. Will absolutely be staying there again. Home away from home...Kudos!

The home was very spacious allowing our bigger group some privacy if they wanted it but yet large gathering areas to all come together. The property had beautiful views of the lake and the biggest hot tub/Lap pool that I have ever been in. We really enjoyed the property and if ever back in Gainesville we would definitely come back. The host was very responsive and answered any questions or issues we may have had during the stay. Note that this home definitely had sufficient kitchenware to be right at home! We had a great 8 day stay

Wow! Our stay at Justin and Tera's beautiful home on Lake Lanier was everything we wanted and needed! The property is gorgeous, and the house is so nice, well decorated, and clean! The beds are cozy, the kitchen is awesome, and the dock right on the water is just perfect! The Olympic venue on Lanier is literally just around the corner from the cove where the dock is, and the boat ramp is free to use! We had our 13-year-old lab/Heeler mix along with our Pontoon boat, and it was just the most peaceful and enjoyable stay! Tera and Justin were so responsive and helpful, and they really made the stay so very comfortable! We hope to stay with them again soon!

We had such a great time at this beautiful house! Central to most restaurants walkable to some pretty good places. Beautiful house with lots to do. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was the perfect fit for our WOMEN'S Retreat. The second home was a bonus. Both Very spacious which allowed to have a successful gathering. The host was pleasant and communicated well.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was plenty of room for our family of 5. The game room was awesome and the kids enjoyed it very much. It's in a beautiful location with great views! The hot tub was huge and had the best curtains around it for privacy. We would definitely visit again!

Our family had a great time! We love the proximity to the square. The hosts were attentive and responsive with all inquires being answered in a matter of minutes.

This place was so beautiful!! The windows overlooking the woods and lake was stunning, especially in the morning. We loved spending time on the deck with the fireplace! The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook. The walk down to the dock was steep, but still pretty magical! Scott was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful getaway!

great stay. only issue is the road to the building is steep and more cratered than the surface of the moon but the place was clean/nice!

This lake house is absolutely beautiful. Great cove on lake yet near main part of lake. Deck is fabulous to drink coffee or sip wine. My favorite spot was the swing on the deck. Dock is also great with top deck. We enjoyed and host was very accommodating to our special needs. Thank you

Ideal set-up for a quiet, private weekend. Everything felt new and well cared for. Plenty of parking, beautiful deck, nice kitchen and great room area. We had fun fishing too. I would rate this host 5 Stars all the way!

we had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful weekend and enjoyed some fishing off the docks as well, my son caught his first large mouth bass which was an amazing memory for the records.

Loved everything about this home, the amenities and our hosts except the walking path from the house to the lakeside dock was steep and not particularly well marked. It would be difficult to carry the canoe down to the lakeside dock, so we didn’t use them.

This is a beautiful clean lake house. This house has everything you need. Great for families with lots of games and deer come by everyday to visit.
