Fabulous room for friendly people

I and my husband - only who live in flat. We do not have pets. Room is private ( small,but comfy), so you'll have a good rest. Flat positioned on high road,but your room is off the street,so it is quiet. Our neighbors is very polite and friendly. If you'll have any questions or need some advice- we are always happy to help. We do not have free parking around. If you are smokers- do not worry as we are smokers :) to. We do all for your feel homely and enjoyed London like we are. See your soon.

Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

You’ll love my place because it's one minute away from the station, 30 seconds from a supermarket, very quiet, roads in the estate is only for access to the properties and parking therefore there is no traffic. It's very modern and clean, ceiling to floor windows makes it light and spacious. Apartment have two double size bedrooms. It is on the second floor. we have good size garden at the back. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, small families.

The flatlet is an independent and separate part of our family home. The king-sized bed is extremely comfortable there's a handy desk area, stylish wardrobe and relaxing seating. We're very friendly but offer complete privacy.

This flat is in a great location in London's Walthamstow and 10 mins walk from Wood Street station and a short bus ride to Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line, this flat is great for getting into central London and around the rest of the capital city. The flat is in the basement of a large family house so you may hear us during family times. There is a separate side access, an entrance hallway, open plan lounge with pull down bed, main bedroom that leads to the en suite.

I am offering a charming room on the ground floor of my home in the heart of the Walthamstow Village. There are two comfortable sofa beds, a small double (125 cm) and small single (82cm). There is a wet room with shower for your exclusive use. Four women share the house. We are all friendly, busy and generally quiet. We are very close to historic buildings, the local history museum, restaurants and pubs, and the trendy Wild Card Brewery offering live music.

Beautiful happy Victorian house, 8 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road tube station (Victoria line & overground services, zone 3), 20-25 minutes to Oxford Circus & Central London, 3 minutes to shops and nearest supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to our local street market, cinema, an attractive park, 5 to 10 minutes to local pubs and breweries. The double bedroom is on the top floor, very comfortable and bright, as it looks onto our lovely garden.
