We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the Vatican right from the balcony! Gabrielle gave us a warm welcome into Rome and offered some great insight into the area we were staying at. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were spacious and tidy. Would definitely recommend booking here!

Great location. Had 8 family members with four private bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen, den and front balcony overlooking Main Street. Owners are very sweet and responsive. A fairly minor quibble is that they offered to arrange a private driver to airport on checkout date. The driver failed to appear with no explanation. We opted for uber as a backup and no significant impacts occurred. Recommend a day prior confirmation to avoid any stressors. Would stay there again. Recommended place and owners. Well done! We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed the location as it is walkable yet removed from the overcrowded historic centre. The place is spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need right there, including Trionfale Market, Todis grocery store, Carrefour, shops of all kinds, bus stop and only a few minutes walk to Ottaviano Metro. The service was excellent and they were very responsive whenever we had questions.

Excellent location for Vatican visit. Metro close by. Elevator worked well. Beds comfortable. Good selection of restaurants close by. We came from Seattle and stayed 5 nights. Rome is a noisy city, bring earplugs!

If you're looking for great location to visit Rome - this is IT! its a great place to walk around, minutes from many things. lot's of shops and restaurants. while the apartment is on a quiet street with a nice little supermarket and restaurant below it. It's a real apartment - with two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms! and living room and kitchen. Maurizio was very friendly and responsive. I had a great time there. My only comment is that the place could use some fresh paint and maybe a refreshing design to really be a phenomenal Airbnb. Overall its recommended. Enjoy

our host Isabella was fantastic. We will be staying next year. She was so incredible! This was our first time we didn't stay in hotel. She made our vacation perfect!!!

We loved our stay at Julie's! The house has spacious 4 rooms with bathroom inside. The rooms are exactly as per picture. The location is ideal to visit the city and enjoy nice restaurants at night. Julie is a super kind host, always responsive and friendly who gave us clear instructions for check in and check out and helped us a lot with any questions. We highly recommend the place for a lovely vacanza a Roma :)

Antonello was extremely communicative, kind and helpful. He met us for check in with a bottle of wine, and provided some good recommendations for food and drinks. His apartment was such a great location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. (Great especially for those interested in spending time at the Vatican. Was a quick and easy walk there)

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, on avait pas envie de le quitter !!! Nous nous sommes sentis tellement privilégiés de loger si près du Colisée. Всё прошло отлично! Жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственное жилье находится на первом этаже (он же последний этаж в этом здании),дверь и окно это входная группа у квартиры, на кухне есть диванчик и там будет очень светло утром и может быть шумно от проходящих мимо людей, имейте это ввиду. Не хватает тапочек, очень холодные полы, также неплохо, чтобы были подушки на выбор, текущие были очень высокие и ребенку или человеку с больной шеей такие могут не подойти. В целом все отлично, очень отзывчивые хозяева, неплохой район.

Jacopo’s apartment is nice, modern and has all the amenities needed while on vacation. Transportation is close by we walked to take the tram but mostly used a taxi. There is a supermarket close by. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the neighborhood as we had planned some tours. We appreciated Jacopo’s suggestions, he really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Jacopo for all your kindness we hope to be back again.

We stayed at Flaviana’s place with our three children aged 11, 9 and 6. The apartment was easy to find and Flaviana arranged a pick up from the airport for us. The apartment is lovely - the living area is bright and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very useful having the three en suite bathrooms. We loved that it felt like a safe residential area and the apartment was quiet at night time. The apartment is a little away from things but we still walked to lots of attractions - the Colosseum, forum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps - but there is also a super convenient metro stop just minutes away. We had coffee and pastries in the morning at Primo, just down the road, and a great first lunch at Buon Amici around the corner. Flaviana was helpful and responsive.

Overall we had a pretty good stay at Laura’s place. Its a safe & nice neighbourhood easily reachable from Trastavere station. Tram and bus stop is just 5 mins walk away to get into city center. Old trastavere neighbourhood is just 10 mins walk away…I’d any day stay in this neighbourhood…which is away from the crowd but yet easily reachable. The space is in an apt complex atop a hill and needs a slight trek up… a joyful and easy walk for us through the trees and fauna (can see fireflies on way up in the nights)…but people exercise averse or with mobility issue must people must bear this in mind. The apt itself is clean and spacious. Though slightly old and less plush..yet it is comfortable and has all the amenities, cooking dishes and even cooking supplies. Laura is very helpful & responsive. She quickly resolved a minor leak incident (from the house above) which wasnt even her fault & yet did her best to make up for even that slight inconvenience.

The perfect, quiet and stunningly decorated place to begin our Italian adventure! We loved being walking distance to the Colosseum and Pantheon in a very nice neighborhood which was quiet so we slept beautifully in such a busy city. The high ceilings, decorations and amenities made us feel right at home, every detail remembered. I’m a bit of a mattress snob due to a back injury, and I have to say, the mattress and pillows rival our own at home. Slept incredibly well! We also left a very important item in the closet and Daniele has helped us very generously with his time with this matter. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone exploring the ancient city of Rome, and especially to families who need a quiet space to rest after a long day walking around the city. Thank you, Daniele! We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

Great stay. perfect location. in walking distance of many restaurants, small grocery stores, cafes, basilica, and train/metro station. Recommended a great driving/private transfer service. They were wonderful - great communication- early - very kind:) Also tried the Day in Nature with Paleo - very relaxing and pretty countryside visit - hike, and local Italian restaurant. Had a great stay in Rome - started with Alvise's apartment.

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Absolutely beautiful apartment (my god the amazing bathrooms!) in a perfect location, central and walkable to so many amazing sights not just the spectacular Colosseum. Anna Maria was a wonderful and helpful host and we will definitely stay again the next time we visit beautiful Rome.

perfecte plek voor 6 volwassen. Dicht bij het Vaticaan en de metro op 150 m zodat je ook snel naar andere bezienswaardigheden kan gaan. erg mooi en ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. lekkere restaurants om de hoek en anders snel iets om af te halen en ingetogen appartement te eten. Elisabetta is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Geeft ook tips en instructieboek ligt klaar Voor een nieuwe trip naar Rome zou ik dit apartment direct weer boeken.
